The hotel is located in good location. Rooms are good and spacious. The only problem was the hot water bathrooms was only available during day time. When we checked in at night we were told the hot water will be available in day time.

I had always great experience with diplomate but this time i have little issue like hot water issue this is covid time.they should need to open hot water for 24hr as per pakistan or i wana say international law we have to provide all tools to keep our community clean but if we went outside and when come back to our rooms and unable to take showers then how we can away from virus? one person can affect everyone in hotel.i saw some employees dont have face mask either. its mandatory to wear face mask.As a pharmacy manager i am requesting to management please take action and i love to see the results i always prefer this hotel and will come back in few days hopefully you folks are able to fix all these little issues!overall great people,lovely environment and cool staff!just wait to see the results of water issue!

Clean; rooms are small; despite ACs installed, they are not functional and, therefore, no heating system; charges for even the hot-air mini-heater; food and drink overpriced; very stingy; I will never come to it.

The place is clean. And cheaper than others. I checked another 3 star hotel with double the price, and their room was same or even a bit less than the one we got in diplomat hotel, and in half the price. staff was friendly and cooperative. Location is a bit crowded. There are some restaurants around the area, but when youre inside hotel, it will not bother. It is a small place but a good and budget friendly place.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Everything else being nice comfortable and clean. The staff is very courteous but on our first night in we had a huge lizard waiting for us on the fan. Lol. The staff came and killed it right away but it was really scary for us so we switched rooms with our mates

I giving this hotel a 3 star because there is nothing bad to say about this hotel; The room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was good. The location is probably one of the best parts of staying here - easy walk to all the Sitara Market and less than 10 minutes from the main Islamabad Highway. If you want a no frills place to stay at a very very good price - this is a great place for you. If you need some ambiance, you may be disappointed but over all it is the best competitive rates choice of living in Islamabad during vacation.

3 star because its just ok. Over all average cleanliness. Staff is cooperative. Good convenient location. But need some more effort from management to improve in providing daily room, toilet necessities. Needs improved kitchen facilities. Needs to improve breakfast quality.

No laundry service, no kitchen service after 12 mid Night. We had problems as we arrived after 12 and had to order food from outside.Room service also not good. Rooms are okay though neat and clean.
