Best staff. Huge rooms. Breakfast was not included in the package but thats totally understandable keeping the prices in mind.We took two deluxe rooms for two nights and they provided mattresses too. Comfy and very well equipped well managed, good for family and all as it has quite and friendly environment. Local post office and police station near buy with all amenities, masquand mini park around, Sunday Market is walking distance. Highly recommended.

Yes, my stay was poor because of few things I would like to share with the people, though this property got 9.2 rating on booking.com which is probably because they insist you to give a good in fact best compliments without providing that level of services. So, I booked this hotel through booking.com and fortunately, I got a discounted rate through the Genius within the website and for the 2 nights I was charged PKR 9000/- exclusive of taxes and If added surcharges it became PKR 9485/- which I havent paid online but it was written to pay at property. When I reached there, it was 7:00 PM and I met Rafaq who opened the gate for us and dealing on the reception at the same time. He asked me to cancel my booking for booking.com and I will give you more discounted rates and good room, which he lied and asked for my phone so he cancel it, and he charged me 5400/- for per night, and said genius is useless they make people fool, and then he showed me standard room which wasnt ready at that time, I asked him I have booked a superior room through booking.com then he got confused and called someone and decided to give me another room which was at the backside of the house on 1st floor. We settled in that room me and my wife. After some time we realized that there is a bad smell coming out of the washroom and I have checked multiple times to figure out where is this smell coming from and we were so tired that I couldnt ask the guy to change my room and fix this smell issue. The tissue box was full of the smell, the commote seat was broken. Next morning I asked the same guy Rafaq for the change of my room and told him the reasons, he replied that he knew the issues in that room and it happened before....!! I was shocked. Then I asked the server boy to show me some other room with better washroom and facilities, and I changed it forcefully. The breakfast they provided was one fried egg for each with three slices of unfresh bread and no separate tea even I asked Mr. Rafaq multiple times. So, please dont get confused by booking.com rate 9.2 rating for this property, most of the time it is shown glamorous but in reality, it is below the average.

Very DisappointedThese fers told me at 11pm they sold out and dont have any rooms left i felt punching on his face but with family...after traveling 400 km I had to book another hotel at midnight. Never again

Less of guest house more of a safe house

My first visit from UK to Pakistan and I found the staff so welcoming here. They will go out of their way to make you happy. I would not be treated this well in the UK. The rooms are spacious and clean with air conditioners. The bathroom is bigger than my spare room at home. I will be returning 100% and recomend to my friends.

The rooms and ensuite bathrooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Mr. Rafaq is polite, competent and efficient. The staff is very helpful and available at all times . The place is safe and secure for families, especially ladies traveling alone. I had an extremely pleasant stay. Highly recommend it.

Booked a week before for my colleague friend, but after check in, whole scenario was changed, bedsheets were stained, wash basin water was stucked and asked twice to check it. Also, one must have evrything in writing about room No. & charges as it might create complications later while billing.

It was good but since food has to come from outside therefore I didnt like it. The breakfast was also not good. It was very basic. 3 slices of bread and one egg half fried.

The manager promised to accommodate me over the phone and even confirmed the booking, and then didnt pick up my phone. I had to make last minute reservations at another place. Wouldnt trust their word at all.
