As a 3 star good hotel, rooms are bigger in size, amenities are average but ok, the washroom or toilet is small one (floor was wet n dirty when i occupy. Staff have good behave specially bellboy Muhammad Saleem did his job with a hardwork. Extra bedding provided immediate to all my 3 rooms - that is good hotel policy.. i say overall satisfactory hotel

An excellent option in blue area of Islamabad.I was in town for business and this hotel kept that in mind. I appreciated the courtesy and professionalism shown by the door man, staff, chef and managers. Exceptional experience and will be coming back.Additionally, the food here is great. A continental style breakfast is served everyday which is generally included in your reservation. We also had a stake roll which was not just exotic but exquisite!Thank you for all the assistance for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

This is too much irritating Hotel in Islamabad, It has very bad Services, Food is not good, Prices are so unfair as compare food and other services , Staff is too much ridiculous and unprofessional. They are so lier and miscommited. After the sales services and promises are opposite on 360o on actual facts. Its just wasting of time. They are so cheap and irresponsible. Management and Supervisors are much irresponsible as compare our staff. No Complaints Sections, No queries and nothing own our staff and Hotel Management.

Its a good and also located on a very good location in Islamabad. The rooms, halls are awesome and very big with beautiful decoration and well furnished.

This hotel has the most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever witnessed. I am saying this after staying in many many hotels all over. The front desk is slow and does not understand basic requirements. We had to switch rooms twice because they were dirty. When we asked for something the staff looked lost and when we left we could hear them making fun of us.I do not recommend this place at all. Waste of money!

I am 47 years old. I travel oftenly within the country. I am saying this very confidently and carefully that this is the worst hotel I ever selected to stay.The manager Mr. Shafqat and his team is completely out of their minds.They are absolutely not suitable to run a hotel. The charges are 15000 rupees per night excluding taxes. There are many options in Islamabad those are more economical and good to stay. Please stay away from this hotel if you are quality conscious and service oriented.

Horrible,1. Bathroom gets flooded with showered water. No hooks inside bathroom to hang your clothes. Dirt towels. Stick soap scum inside the shower area floor and you can not close the doors.2. Thermostat inside the room not working.

So far so good. Been here since 2 days and the quality of food, service and room are all adequate therefore recomendable.

Its an okay hotel. Rooms are fine. Little noisy and bright, roadside rooms are more bright and noisy though. It has the potential to become a better one if the owners decide to put in funds at the right areas to update. I dont really have enough complains.

I have been staying at Envoy Continental Hotel every time I visit Islamabad, since 2008.Location is perfect, close to all basic amenities and restaurants. Front desk staff is extremely professional and welcoming, food is good, rooms are comfortable, and price is very reasonable as compared to other hotels in the area.They need to invest in renovating the bathrooms though, as the shower cabin is very small and out of touch with modern bathroom standards.Regardless, I have always enjoyed my stay here and am enjoying today as well.

It was a very nice welcome by Mr S.MUFTI (gentleman)after being let down by Grand Islamabad Hotel. Envoy continental was such a perfect place for stay. It was just so convenient to get to it. All the shops and food courts are 2 minuets walk and envoy continental has a restaurant on ground floor where they serve variety of breakfast in the morning and delicious food in during the day towards the night. Rooms were cosy and very very clean i was very impressed with the service Central Air conditioning does a proper job when its hot in summer time. It was well worth it. Very nice hotel all in all definitely recommend for families or singles.Thanks

Sweatmeat at very high price due to absence of good Sweatmeat makers in Islamabad. Again the quality isnt genuine as their name suggests.

Am staying in this hotel since 2010. Ideal location 5 min drive from centaurus mall. I like the most buffet breakfast. Meal and cleanliness is awesome. Dont miss the breakfast buffet if u stay there.

Excellent building, nice location, spacious parking, great views and fine indoor environment. Its basically a 3 star high grade hotel with fine restaurant Bella Cosa. Room rates are higher compared to other same category hotels of Islamabad but service and rooms are worth it. Highly recommended for short and long stays.

Attended mehndi event in Rohtas Hall in basement. Not at all good experience. No ventilation system, food catering just beside washrooms and washroom doors were open. tasteless food, seems like food incharge/manager didnt even taste what was given to guests for eating. Water bottles were without seals and seems like tap water just refilled and caps were closed. Had stomachache after eating and drinking from here. Leaking walls, dont know from where water is seepage and coming on the floor. Uncomfortable chairs and dirty seat covers. Poor cleanliness. Overall bad experience and this hotel need serious maintenance. Wouldnt recommend this place for big events!

Neat and clean rooms. Staff is cooperative and well mannered. Only problem is WiFi. Signals are week sometime good speed though if you manage to get good signals.

Average hotel with average services. Situated in heart of busy place. Accessible to metro service, many offices etc. Its also selected hotel for Pia staff personnel.

Nice hotel, very easy to approach, it is very next to Stock Exchange Metro Bus Stop. 5 minutes away from Centaurs Mall. so if you want to stay here you have variety of commute to go around in Islamabad.

Had to attend a workshop there, quite disappointed with pretty much every thing, the hall we were in had an entrance for other halls through ours. Kinda humid stink in that hall as well. Ambiance poor, overall feeling about the place poor, didnt interact with staff so wont comment on that aspect
