I and my family really had a great experience.surrouded by sweet and cooperative people is such a fun..they all have been very nice to us. My personal experience from Yasmeen is too good . She has such an amazing skills of making someone like an angle.. she had used all great techniques and skills to make me feel special and has been so nice and sweet to me . I have never experienced such great people and environment at once. all sections were full of polite, humble and cooperative workers. My special thanks is to adeela, madeeha, aneel, Yasmeen, wajid, faiqa and Zain and all the others who has been nice to us.. I dont remember their names but will always remember them in my good memories and experiences. Aneel has made my sister look gorgeous on her special days. And yasmeen also did a great job. Madihaa and adeela had also been very cooperative and responsive. We felt great being there and the environment was very friendly.

We order a bridal suit in November Maruim took the order and aqeel made the receipt we specifically asked them that the bride is in USA and want the blouse in January so we can send it to the bride to see if any alterations are needed....and then we went on January They said that the blouse is stolen they committed us they will make us new one at 27 February and then went on 27 February nothing was ready ..!!then another guy committed us new date which was 10 March cause our flight is tonight, then on the 10th of March, it again was not ready and till date the complete suit is not ready I.e. the pouch and since we are leaving without giving the balance payment they are threatening us with consequences.... my utmost advice is for anyone NEVER to go to Jugnu’s salon f7.... even on our last visit there were other families crying on a same ordeal

Ofcourse its expensive, I dont like the makeups very much but artists are good friendly. Their hair stylist shahnaaz is the best in town and a very down to earth person just like jugnu himself. They treat all their customers respectfully which is why I never mind the high prices. Unlike Faizas Saloon whose owner is very arrogant. She never bothered even talking to me when one of her hair stylists ruined my long hair and cut them short till shoulders with Chinese bangs that came halfway the forehead.

Quality is good but too much time taken. They give you wrong time estimate for bridal or groom make-up.

The manager handling the operations was efficient in organizing everything. Everyone was cooperative. Especially the lady doing nails. So were the makeup artist and hair stylist except they were a little rude. Their makeup is a bit old school. The foundation they used on me was lighter and a different undertone than my skin. It was supposed to be a soft look but it made my features look sharp. My face and neck ended up being a completely different colour than my arms which looked very odd. An unnecessary amount of shimmer was used and overall I looked very caked up!

I went today Jugnu,s Saloon F-7 branch Islamabad.The Staff of this branch is very good and friendly and the services are also excellent.I really had a wonderful experience here.

Services could be improved specially hair cut and styling. Attention to details is missing. Haircolor customers did not get the colour they wanted.

I had my wedding makeup done here By jugnu himself. If thats his real name? ... the staff arent very friendly and it was so busy. They didnt care what time you arrived they just pick and choose who they want to do first. i found jugnu himself very rude, he wasnt nice to speak to at all. I think they need to change their work place to make it comfortable for brides. Having 2 brides and 3 party makeup in 1 room either sat on tables, chairs isnt professional and looks tacky! Kind of glad my makeup turned out alright. Wouldnt recommend them for anything else.

My friend was not at all happy with their make up on her wedding day she was crying that they made her look like a clown. And charged a lot for it.

My nikkah makeup by female senior artist was wonderful with a good price of 10k. I was satisfied, everyone liked thw look.Facial and massage is also good. Timing is till 8 oclock so can visit esily in eve.

I was getting my makeup and hair done for my sisters wedding. They literally RUINED my hair. They use cheap quality hairspray that has sparkles in it like wth! They broke so many strands of my hair and all I asked for was to straight my hair and add a little height to the back. They just made huge tangles in my hair! And omg the makeup was even worse then the hair They made my sister SOOO white and black eyeshadow on the whole eyelid. It was supposed to be a smokey eye but it was just black eyeshadow on her WHOLE entire eyelid. They made her looks SOO scary! And I asked for JUST eyeliner and that makeup artist wasnt listening to me and starts putting some ugly eyeshadows on me and then I told him that I ONLY wanted a thin eyeliner and then he did it. I am just SOO mad at how they did my hair. In every picture I took, I looked horrible because of my hairstyle! They made it look like I had a ugly wig on! If your unsure whether or not to do your makeup and hair, just DONT DO IT. also I got my nails done and it was just sooo bad. the nail polish was SO watery that it kept sliding down and now it just looks like a mess. They made all the brides look scary asf and made my sister almost cry because how bad they did the makeup, she had to redo it herself! And omg they are sooooo unsanitary with the makeup products. They use the SAME makeup and touch everybodys skin and dont even clean it. Also they use the same mascara on everybody and that can cause bacteria in your eyes and cause a infection. They use REALLY cheap makeup products! Overall, I took my time to write this to anybody who is unsure to book jugnu salon. DONT DO IT!
