Very bad experience bas looot rahay awaaam ko... they r fraud facial ka koe result nae... Have got latest machines but just for display....Packages are jst a trap... They charge you for other items along with packages....

The staff had a terrible habit of jumping into one person and giving suggestions which were not needed and wasnt comfortable at all. The packages are nothing but a trap. Poor quality facial and hydra facial. Although the hairstylist shama was good. Otherwise had a really bad experience and what a waste of money it was!!

Experience was good. Special thanks to Sunita, Chanda and Shama who are very kind and cooperative. Keep it up.The only issue is their location. Its very hidden and located in all men market. Kindly improve your location and please have only one Manger at the counter because when clients enter the salon all staff jumps into the conversation and make client very uncomfortable. Be a little more professional.

The package offered by the saloon mainly focus on skin care.The facial was good but wouldnt recommend hair cut.

An amazing place for all the ladies needs. Owned by a skin specialist lady doctor. Machines and technology used is state of the art. Their customer service is also great. The only issue is their location. Its very very hidden in G9 Markaz and tge entrance to the building is creepy. Other wise 5 stsr is for services

My mother and sister visited here when I see all reviews they all are lying they were treated like princess and I am not telling a lie they just tell me about their experience starting from their PKG they are very reasonable and best quality products are being used I will just say that these all reviews are fake each and every thing of their services are best in Islamabad I will refer everyone to visit thank you Unique team

Thy r nt concerned abt customer while doing facial or any other service alternate person cm n do ur remaining part 1 person is nt doing the same task ths continuously irritate me n other clients as well . Thy jst hv concerned with the quantity or no. Of customers thy r dealing nt with the quality of the work . Doing waxing on the floor by jst putting a bed sheet over thr ! When u call them thy will book ur appointment even thr schedule is full pathetic experience. I will nt recommend it to anyone

I visited this place once and it was disappointing. They lack time management, team work and cleanliness. They charged higher than the package price they advertised on facebook page. I spent 7 hours for dye and streaking. The clients were treated differently.all services were not provided as outlined in the package. It was done when a trainee Dil came to rescue me. She did it professionally and was focused. The most disgusting thing they did, they deleted/ removed my comments from the facebook page and disabled my comment section. The comment was shared to improve their work and appreciate the services provided by the trainee.

Worst place ever I visited..starting from its dirty location to the use of low quality products.. theyre using samsol hair color behind the name of other brands... I paid a huge amount for balayage and it faded in just a couple of washes..then they misbehaved upon claiming the loss.. so sweet on first encounter but reality shows up later.. if you are looking for quality work that stays long.. go choose some Lil bit expensive place but dont waste your money here upon watching their Facebook pictures etc
