I wish I could post pics of falling hair of my wife after she got balayage. Please don’t follow any blogger, they are just paid or offered free services to promote them.They not only spiked hair of my wife but also declined her request to fix them later.Don’t make mistake going there, there are tons of better options in Islamabad

Surely having all my future makeups done at her.And i want to share my experience with the future clients. I had my apprehensions before. But the sweetest helping staff and the most friendly lovable Fatyma herself took all my worries away and gave me a glowy happiness i had on my face. The makeup stayed till night. Falwless. No cracks in the skin. Not caky at all. Very glowy and subtle . Fatima listened to the tiny suggestions. And made sure it happened to its fullest . Hygienic and neat stations. All imported and good quality makeup products. Surriya did mcleasning my skin was deeply moisturised and silky smooth. She spent a whole good 40 minutes in a relaxing environment.This is an unbiased and honest review as a client who had her doubts before..Cause reviews help the future brides to make a informed decision .

I went to get my hair dyed and for a trim. I had a really bad experience. The salon was really unhygienic. The lady was really unprofessional and egotistic. She used substandard products. I asked for a trim but she cut my hair shorter than I asked for. She did not listen to what I wanted and did what she wanted to instead. Once they found out I gave them a bad review they refused to further entertain me and fix my hair that they ruined the first time I went.

I love the way the ladies work there.Cool as cucumber, gentle ,efficient and understanding. I got keratin done twice from porceline.A job well done.Although I would love if they can get a bigger space as it becomes a little overwhelming and stuffy as clients pour in.

Hair stylist Suraiya did an amazing hair botox with keratin treatment on my hair. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend!Taking one star off because the owner Fatima was rude and lacked understanding and empathy while dealing with a misunderstanding that happened due to a miscommunication from the salons end. She should really learn some customer service. I live in Toronto and have been to the best salons here and they are respectful and polite despite their big brand names. She needs to learn a thing or two about good manners and good business dealings.

I went to this salon.extremely unprofessional behaviour.the salon was very very dirty.i showed the hair lady what i want she said ok but after balayge it was not what i shown to her.i told her she refused to accept and forced me to like it what she has done.i had a long and silky hair but after balayge my hair are so rough and she chopped them so high.they are using extremely substandard products which destroy and ruin the hair badly.even that suraya hair lady showed me her eyes out to show her anger and keep on forcing me to like it what she has done.the owner of the parlour didnt even bothered to pick up the call and that hair lady also hung up the phone.they have completely ruined my hair.admin department also refused as i have told people about the truth of this parlour.extremely extremely disappointed.

Worst experience.The owner Fatima has no respect for the clients who she doesnt know or who are not the regular customers.I booked this salon unfortunately without researching enough. However, now when Im reading the reviews on google l can relate to them personally. She ruined my day, my mood and my event. She charged me a lot and not only that(it isnt even a big issue) but her attitude and rude behaviour is what l was really concerned about that day. I was paying her to do my makeup, I was not getting it for free that she was getting irritated by the small amendments I was telling her to do with the makeup. This is her job that she is supposed to do with class rather than getting confused and misbehaving due to all the extra bookings she had done for one day. She should give each bride the time they deserve. Her Salon is just a money making machine. I would suggest everybody to do their homework before they book her. She should not be allowed to ruin the two most important days of a brides life.

Amazing place and bridal charges are very minimal.

I really like their services and the girls there. They are very cordial, very professional and excellent at their job. I have gotten several services done from there ranging from facials to Mani pedi and party makeup. They were excellent in everything. My sister also got her bridal makeup done from here and they also do a great job at setting your scarf if you wish to cover your head as a bride. Their salon is small though which can get crowded if a lot of people are there. But they are willing to start early for you if you need to get ready earlier for your big event. I would highly recommend it.

I live in the USA and what I have seen from last 10 years in this country that Customers are treated with utmost respect. I went to Islamabad in December last year to attend my sisters nikah ceremony. one of my sisters suggested me another place and warned me about this place but I was carried away with the suggestion of my other sister and went to this salon ( biggest regret of my life) with my 11-month-old son and my Aunt and cousin were also with me. My son was suffering from the infection and was a bit cranky at that point. Nobody at the salon including brides and employees was hating him accepts that psychopath owner with ABCD accent owner, in fact, she is not ABCD (American born confused Desi) I am sure she is PBCD(Pakistan born confused Desi). So in the middle of my makeup my son started crying so I told my aunt that let me hold my son and politely asked the employer which agreed had no problem with that. and then that psychopath owner start shouting on top of her lungs on me. I just tolerated for the sake of my kids because I did not want any drama at that point in time. The owner had no respect for her customers at all and top of that she refused to serve my Aunt and cousin and charged me extra money. I just wanna say makeup was Nice but whats the point when youve been humiliated and treated like you are nothing. I Wish she was in the USA and treat me like this I would have been definitely sued her for this miss conduct. She ruined my day. I Hate her and hate that place. never going back.

Worst customer service. This women has no manners towards her customers. Charges different customers different prices. I was charged $4000 extra because I live in Canada. These people have no idea how to talk to people, let alone customers. I don’t know how they decided to run a business. If they cheat their customers depending on where they live assuming they have money to throw, the business won’t go very far. I booked fatima for the signature party makeup look and was told on the phone that it was for $15000 + $1000 for dappata setting. Prior to the booking, I enquired about the products she would be using and she told me that she would be using Ardell lashes. Those were not used but a local brand. Once I arrived at the salon, fatima immediately told one of her employees to take the money from me. She also let me know that she had the number I was using saved under my sisters name. She then asked me if I live in Canada to which I replied yes. As I was getting my makeup done, one of the employees answered a phone call and told a customer that her party signature makeup is for $12000. Once the makeup was done, I had to fix the eyeliner and the eyelashes were coming off. I gave her my concealer to use as she was using a drugstore brand. I also used my own lipstick. My nails were done from before, so that didn’t need to be done( this was included in the 15000, when I asked her to set my dappata instead, she said it’s not the same ) I know setting a dappata is much easier than painting nails. She sent me off to get my hair done. There were two girls working on separate sections of my head. No product used to prepare for styling. The girls were very messy and at one point, I didn’t think they knew what they were doing. My hair was not straightened prior to styling. Then, when they were finished, I hated how they did my hair; completely different from the picture I showed them. I asked for it to be fixed and that was not done. I was not satisfied with my makeup or hair for the price I payed. The day after, I asked my cousin to call and enquire about the price and she was told it was 12000$. So I decided to confront this in person and instead of dealing with it professionally, She sent her two sisters to argue. The sisters kept saying fatima is busy and can’t come. She was downstairs waiting in her car for the problem to be dissolved on its own. When she realized, we wouldn’t leave without an apology, she came up. she did not apologize and started yelling. I’m shocked at how unprofessionally this business is being run. Please beware of this lady and confirm prices twice as she will charge you extra for no reason. We have many poor people in Pakistan that would need the 4000$ more than she does.
