I really loved my sisters bridal signature makeup and my signature party makeup. The staff was cooperative as well. The only fault was there was a long queue of brides and the staff was not enough to deal with them. So we had to wait. Secondly in their toilet, there was no toilet paper and disposable hand towels available. Other than that the salon is really good. They use good quality makeup and I loved it.

An excellent place to have all kinds of hair treatments. I had my balayage done from hair. Bina is great in her work. Highly recommended place.

Overall it was a lovely experience visiting Allure. Hygiene, customer dealing and make over is impressive. I hope Ill continue with the salon. Keep up the good work

Their packages are highly expensive . definietly not worth it . Even in an 8500 party makeup package they charge extra 500 for nail color. their staff is highly unprofessional extremely rude and Lack morality. despite the male makeup artists each and every one of them is rude and Mannerless including the manager. highly disappointed

Allure is the last parlour to trust on your big day. The owner is super rude and arrogant. So is the whole management (excluding the junior workers and makeup artists). They dont have any respect for their clients. I was told/ and as i have seen on facebook Instagram too that their work is fabulous, and it really was. But they have no manners or respect or any idea of hospitality rather than just making money! So disappointed!You guys are getting paid for the services we get, please learn some manners and hospitality for your clients. The money wont take you anywhere, your good behaviour will ! They treat people nicely when it suits them and they know theyll get famous because of.They screamed at us (including the bride) for entering in the room. They wouldnt let my mother or my sisters talk to each other. A day on which a bride already have too much on her plate, they made her even more anxious.Before you treat someone else this way, learn hospitality and management skills.

Allure is not as professional as they advertise on their social media. The staff is rude and downright cheap. My sister had booked an appointment for barat makeup but due to some unfortunate circumstances we had to shift the event to Karachi. So we requested them to refund the advance charges they had taken a month before. They didnt listen to us one bit and completely shut down our request by saying whats our benefit in that . The staff didnt cooperate one bit and wasnt even letting us talk to their management and owner. After stalling us for a good while they gave us a number saying that it was of their manager who is in Karachi and is very busy. My sister came outside and we called on that number and it was obvious by the noise in the background that the call was dialed to someone inside the saloon. Infact it was one of the staff who gave us the number. This is utterly a cheap and unprofessional way to treat your clients. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Extremely disappointed! I booked allure for my barat day, due to recent covid days my event was canceled, i booked two months before my event and i told them a month before that i have genuine issue, the manager sadia is extremely rude and non-cooperative.she didnt consider my isues and neither return advance nor provided me services by giving lame excuses.Atleast they should provide me services. The most pathetic thing that i face that miss sadia lied about the owner when i asked to talked to owner of saloon. They dont let the clients reach to their owner so what kind of behavior it is? This is our basic right to talk to owner. She gave me number of their worker who was in salon and lied that its their owner number. Such an unprofessional behavior. And this is not one issue i have heard from alot of people that they book a client and on event day they ask for more money for everything. Pathetic totally non-recommended!

I booked them for a party make-up and when I went to get it done I was told glitter eyeshadow or smokey eyes cant be done and it will be done by some junior practicing artist because I chose the less expensive option which was 6500 Rupees. They didnt tell me this at the time of booking.They used cheap products and I looked bad with a very cake-y look. Everyone who met me asked what went wrong with my makeup because it was a lot better the day earlier when I did it myself. Unprofessional, ill-behaved liars these people at Allure are.

Extremely pathetic experience.I dont want any of the future bride to suffer like i did.I was their signature nikah bride, signature means providing the best of every service, whether it be makeover, hairstyle, jewelary setting.First of all, i asked the makeup artist not to put my lip color making another boundary line because it seems fake and not good, yeah she did what she wanted to do.I paid for the signature hairstyle, i took my extensions along, and Ive bought very good extensions that can be curled at 180 easily, but obviously it takes time, the hairstylist asked me to buy it from them worth 6k. Like is it a joke, someones paying you 35k already and youre dragging it just to make more money. Is this called being professional?Thirdly, she put my duppata upside down, and its visible in every single picture, all because she had a long line of brides waiting for their hairdo, and she just wanted to get rid of mine soon. Is it what we are paying for?She put my jewelry in a wrong way, that too is very visible until i got back home and get these things corrected.In short, they ruined my big day. Its over and cant be undone. But all of you must see how many brides theyre taking in a day, obviously when therere 30+ brides in a day, theres such a hustle and even if youve taken their signature, they wont provide the services.Very pathetic experience.Not recommending it to anyone.Dont ruin your big days just by reading their story reviews.Services 0/10

Came here for bridal makeover and was severely disappointed. They freed me 1 whole hour late and when I asked to change my lipstick shade and overlining, the artist became offended and proceeded to smudge my existing lip around my lips passive aggressively causing us more time. I actually broke down in tears at the salon. Needless to say, my end result was not pretty and I was emotional the whole day.

Horribly rude staff and management. They did not live up to the fake hype. Save money and go somewhere else. They were late in dressing up bride and delayed function by an hour.

Terrible party makeup ever. especially the eye makeup. the foundation was also terrible they have ammeters under training staff in the party makeup department dont go there. The bridal makeup was ok. She did my hair colour it was uneven and terrible i had to get it done from another salon before the event. I never realised their makeup for party would be so terrible but i was stuck with them as i could not go anywhere else. I would not recommend this salon for hair dye and party makeup. the owner lied as well she said she would upload the story on instagram but did not. moreover, the hair department did terrible hair styling.

I got my baraat and valima makeup done from allure. Ill be honest here...after seeing their instagram page and a few brides in person, i could think of no better place to go. My makeup on both days was very good although the hairstylist paid no heed to my desires in terms of hair. Anyway, it was still good. The reason why i would never go here again is the rude and unethical behaviour of the staff. I was sick due to flu and the makeup artists kept yelling at me that i will ruin my base. It was obviously not something i had any control over. I had also booked a get ready session with my photographer and the lady attiya took 5k extra from me to let me use their space. They did not let me have a proper get ready session and just quickly rushed me out of there. I barely got two good shots of my get ready session and wasted 10k rupees. Theyre pathetic uneducated people and i would say please spend a little more and go to sadaf farhan or sobias.

Honestly I would rate my experience 0 stars if I could. This salon was overrated and expensive. I would’ve rather gone elsewhere if I knew how terrible it would be. The makeup direction was all wrong — asked for one thing and got the complete opposite of it. If the bride is asking for a specific thing, PLEASE PLEASE don’t argue with her and tell her it won’t suit her especially if she’s telling you to do whatever she’s asking for, trust me, we know what suits us the most. This is not okay, the makeup artists are super unprofessional and they don’t listen to anyone and just do whatever the hell they want to do. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. She ruined my experience of being a bride. She whitened the hell out of my face and it looked as if I was a damn ghost. And the 40k bridal makeup does not include extensions, 3D lashes or nails — or any other pampering services for that matter. Total ripoff.

Im from US, Texas. I saw allures Instagram account and fell in love with their makeup. I saw some bad reviews, but chose to ignore them. I wish I hadnt. This was the worst experience to me Ive ever encountered. We paid the full price for the best package. A lady named Atiya was helping manage everything. When I came in for my pedicure and manicure 2 days prior to wedding day, the girl doing my pedicure used a tool to clean her fingernails, and then proceeded to use the same tool on me. The girl who did my facial was yelling at some other girl. I asked for water and it was brought to me in a dirty cup. Not the bridal package treatment I was expecting. My mother recieved a massage at the salon while I got ready, her gold anklet bracelets were missing from her purse after she left. I thought, ok, maybe their services suck. But the makeup has to be amazing. I was wrong. The makeup artist refused to listen to what I had envisioned for my makeup. Dirty brushes, and sponges that are used on other people are not washed when used on you. They threw me from one chair to the next. The makeup wasnt set at the end. The hairdo wasnt what I wanted. When I asked them to fix it, they began to whisper and laugh and give me dirty looks. Never fixed it. I had to go to my photoshoot after and my facial expressions show how upset I was. On the day of my valima, they asked me where my eyelashes were from my wedding day, they had to be re used for the next day as well. The extensions they offer in their packet are synthetic. I had to brush them out myself for my valima day because the hairstylist didnt want to do it. I would never want a bride to go through what I went through.

It was an awful experience. Their staff was hell rude they dont even know how to talk Else idk what kinda makeup they use, they make ur eyes watery , we have three party makeup and one bridal booking there and we all have the same issue, even though other brides there have the same issue...they made our bride to wait for 2 hours. And then when we have no choice left we called saddaf farhan and ask if she can help ... only then they started taking us seriously... In the whole scenario their owner was sitting downstairs and didnt even bother to look up on the matter..The only reason m giving them atleast one star is because their MUA Binna was nice and i guess the only person there who knows about makeup.

Please never send your daughter for bridal/ any makeup to allure , I sent my daughters last week , after having a 2 months prior booking, of one bridal and 2 party makeups. Girls named Assi, qainat ,Hina and maleeha were extremely rude, vindictive and hostile towards my daughters. They hid the fact that the actual booked makeup artist samra was on leave,exchanged hostile comments, made my daughters wait for one and a half hour deliberately for samra. The bride’s makeup was done by party makeup artist ( and not bridal makeup artist) , just to punish her. She spoilt it and then corrected it after a lot of requests. Such type of unprofessional misbehaving is a great damage for the owners. These girls must be having animosity towards the owners too ( whose clients they are trying to break) . I request the owners that brides have few precious hours for makeup, and they put their trust in your parlour, they should never be blackmailed ( knowing they can’t go to any other Parlour, due to shortage of time) . Onchi dukaan pheeka pakwaan. I went there for a haircut. They booked my appointment with asiya and on arrival they told me she is busy in doing makeup and cant do it. They suggested another person who completely ruined my hair. I asked for a feather cut n in return all i get was chopped bunch of hairs with no sync. Never ever going there again.
