Excellent services efficient and expert staff very neat and clean place and relaxing environment for massages and facials etc.. over all a very good place for beauty services!!

Royli has increased its prices by 30-40% of their services! Won’t be going back there again. Their OPI pedicure went from Rs. 1200 to 1500 approx dec 2019 and now to 2000 since March 2020.While their services are good, price increase doesn’t justify.

I just came from abroad and ask them if they have certain hair dye and specific no,they said yes but they applied some other colour of different brand ,they not only lied but ruined my exsisting hair colour ,I don’t understand one thing if you agreed happily to pay them whatever they ask why don’t they give you required service ,they could have said they don’t have that particular brand and those no of dyes ,moreover the place was not as clean as it should be ,no one was wearing masks ,it was quite hot and no fan or A/c was switched on ,boy workers were roaming around freely in the F/10 branch saloon ,highly un professional attitude,would not recommend it to anyone

Disappointing service. Make up was disgusting and staff talking with attitude. Paid for top make up and comments from cousins were that it looked poor. Sat waiting to be attended for over an hour and had to keep asking how long before i was seen to.

Really like their body wax service. Especially their worker Arooj. But i dont like the behaviour of their staff on main counter. Those girls are very unprofessional and impolite. Otherwise their services are good.

Non professional attitude, I asked to suggest me the hair cut suitable for my face cut and she replied Google it, I wanted to get my hair dye along with the cut but due to such attitude I left the salon and got far better service then them. I would never recommend from my side.

Royli is simply amazing! My wedding and reception were on 2 different days, looking for 2 different looks. They made it happen flawlessly. People could not stop commenting on how amazing my looks came out. They also made over the rest of the women in my family. My mom has super thin hair, but Royli Salon made my mom look like she has a full head of hair without using any major products. Could not believe the magic it was able to pull off. Id recommend Royli Beauty Salon in a heartbeat for anyone looking for a professional make up artist who adds to your big day.

A large and very clean salon. I was very surprised to see men inside, I’m used to ladies only. Security outside.I had a cleansing facial with blackhead removal. I was very disappointed with the blackhead removal, it shouldn’t be called this cos there was no blackhead removal. And for the head massage part, it was just stroking the hair, there was no pressure at all. Overall, wouldn’t recommend this treatment.Underarm waxing was fine. Recommend it.For the pedicure, we were told that It would include 10mins massage on each foot but in fact it was only 5. We mentioned it to the therapist and she added extra time. She was excellent at massaging the feet, one of the best I’ve ever had. The pedicure was really good and if I wasn’t happy with something, she would rectify it straightway. Would recommend pedicure.Nail polish application was fine.The prices are good for expats but a little pricy for locals.The service could be improved and the staff are not particularly helpful nor friendly. It looks like a professional salon but the service doesn’t really match. They weren’t even really interested in receiving any feedback from us.

Very unprofessional, went for a haircut, this woman shumaila spent 2 min on my hair and completely ruined them and then went off saying she will fix it after blow dry, my hair arent even level, when i asked her to fix them she was least bothered and instead cut my front hair more. Very very bad experience

I got my nails done at F-10 for the first time, I had been going to Scheme 3 branch regularly before. I always get fake nails and theyre great but this time they were such bad quality that 3 of my nails have already broken even though this has never happened to me before. I have been getting nails from Royli for more than a year now and the quality of work and services provided seems to be deteriorating at an exponential rate. Im really wondering if Royli truly is even worth it anymore.

Services are good but the staff that takes your payment on the counter Especially the women with the hijab is super rude does not know how a first impression could be the last .. dont even pick up there phone and when asked why they dont go like phone do number deti hoVery unprofessional and uninterested staff

Its the best salon for reasonable priced makeup. Plus their supervisor makeup is so cheap in price but its awesome. Looks like signature makeup. The best part is that they provide ear piercing in very low rate. The staff the environment its all awesome.

A bit high priced but their services are good. If you are looking for hair keratin treatment its a must go place, their treatment takes three days and its very very economical

The service was unsatisfactory. Firstly, we tried to call the salon several times to ask about the services, however the phone was never answered! Moreover, the reception staff was rude and they kept talking amongst themselves and ignoring the clients.The nail polish was not neatly applied and my haircut was uneven and crooked.

Loved loved loved the experience. All the staff members are so cooperative and friendly that you wont well shy even if its your first time visiting. I loved the hair cut and styling of my hair. Before and after pictures are attached for reference.

Services are adequate but please read CAREFULLY!!The workers will con you into thinking that you need to pay more after youve already paid and received your invoice. Theyll make up excuses but in reality theyre going to keep the money for themselves. All the has staff in on this and will gang up on you! This has happened on numerous accounts with my wife but the management is non-existent and therefore this is a never-ending issue.

I have been to many hairdressers over the year and until I found my fave salon in the town.This was my 4th visit and I must tell you that Im super satisfied with the services.Just had my hair cut by the stlyist ;Waqas.He is really talented and down to earth.Id long hair want to have a bob abd this 19yrs old stylist did an amazing job. He has an eye, knows exactly how to work.And I must say hes one of the best [email protected] absolutely love my hair cut and couldnt ask for better.

They used to be very clean and sophisticated, but they do have skillful service.

Very bad experience with them, I had my lashes done few days back from Aqsa, very bad and a liar worker, I went back to them right after 3 days to show them what kind of work she had done,but they hid my receipt which said the date I got my lashes done, told me that mam you came to us last month, I was shocked and surprised why they all were lying to me, I had a lil bit of argument with them but they all ganged up and supported each other, I think the women working there are lairs and dishonest ,must be doing fraud with the owner by hiding few receipts per day to make extra bucks, the owner might be a good person, can’t say but I’ve decided not to go there again.I must warn the ladies that kindly take a pic of your receipt from your cell so that they can’t make you fool, specially if you are going for your lashes because faulty fixed lash extension Can be seen after 3-4 days of fixation, and if you go back to them with a complaint they will hide your receipt and tell you that you Had your lashes done last month, not few days back.they are liars so BE CAREFUL......

Unprofessional

It is a very nice place and it’s clean compared to some others. The prices for their services are reasonable. I went there to have my acrylic nails removed and for a mani-padi... the staff is welcoming but some of the girls are not well trained to do the job they are given. I also think that this salon is not as organized as it should be; one girl can start providing you a service and 2 will come help or take over and an other will finish. Aside from these things, over all it was a good experience.

Three of us went for manicure and pedicure.Worst experience ever.Very unprofessional.Had no nail colours.Had empty bottles sitting on shelves .furniture is outdated and filthy.Very dissappointed.Cant beat London.

This used to be my favourite place for hair and nails. Recently theyve lost all interest in work it seems. My haircut has been ruined twice. They seem to want to get it over with and send you away ASAP.They never answer their phone anymore. Their stylists are rarely there and theres never a fixed time or a day for them. Just to ask if someone is present on a particular day, you have to visit Royli personally only to return because the stylist will not be present.Theyve lost a loyal and regular customer. Ive been using their services for years now. Not anymore.

Too chaotic whenever you visit no matter the time of the day! Terrible cheap loud music playing all the time which aggravates your experience into a bad one instead of making it a pleasant one. Staff is not very friendly. The treatment you get is too robotic and you almost feel like youre being chucked into an assembly line of a salon. Ive had manicures, pedicures, blow drys and haircuts and so Im saying this after experiencing their different services. The only reason I kept going was because its really close to my home and I wanted not to be biased and give it a chance but doesnt live up to its hype. Its not a sophisticated experience but just meh!

This is the WORSE salon Ive ever been to. Went in for my hair and makeup. I asked the artist to not over do, such as brighten, my face with tons of foundation and powder. He did exactly this and I told him that I felt like a ghost and as if someone put vanilla cake on my face. Highly disappointing. When I reached home I took my makeup off. The other huge issue were the eyelash clue. He put so much that it was sooo difficult to open my eyes and it burned. The glue didnt come off for a few days and a bit of my original eyelashes fell off as well. Another concern was about dirty brushes being used. I noticed a brush or two falling and the artist picked it right up and used it on my face. I noticed many many tiny pimples of my face that exact moment and a lot more the next day.My hair wasnt bad but I did come home and fixed it. Very flat curls.While there, I noticed a young lady getting her eyelashes done....she screamed with pain and it burned her eyes. Something I did notice was that the staff didnt take this seriously. She said she was quite dizzy and took it off herself. Later the staff blamed it on her. Poor thing.Never again!! Poor quality and unprofessional. They take your money upfront and after this dont care much. Very disappointing. The quality in the makeup quality is very poor as well.Lesson: Find a better salon in Islo OR invest in makeup supplies and do it yourself.

After weeks of long days of filming for a tv serial in extremely dry and hot temperatures, my hair became very dry and damaged. As a newcomer to Islamabad from the US, I stumbled upon Royli decided to give it a shot for my hair care needs.So here goes my experience...I went into Royli yesterday and gave very specific instructions to the stylist that I did NOT want to use any bleach/ peroxide on my already damaged hair. I asked that she give me a medium to dark single process to cover my previous blonde highlights. She instead decided to completely destroy my long hair by bleaching it and turning it orange. She also charged me more for a supposed gloss treatment which she insisted was necessary to make my hair soft and shiny. By the results of my hair, I am not convinced she even used a gloss.I was mortified with the color results and the stylist has completely fried my hair!! When I confronted the salon they were extremely rude and lied to my face, insisting that I had asked for orange hair and were nowhere near opologetic!! I don’t remember the last time I lost my temper in this way,and though I gave them a piece of my mind, the damage to my hair cannot be undone.I do not usually write such long reviews, in fact, this is my first one. I felt it was necessary to share my experience with you all so that none of you have to face similar consequences as me. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO ROYLI IF YOU VALUE YOUR HAIR!!!

I had worst experience at royli they destroyed my hair bady they took complete payment of 18000 in which glossing was included but they didnt do glossing and now i have super frizzy hair and they break in mids... their quality of work is worst now be aware guys.
