They have good facial and other services but they dont know how to cut hair in layers or to blowdry them outwards

I went in for facial and had very poor experience! I would not recommend this salon for any services. The girl who did my facial seemed very lazy and not interested in doing her job.

Hair cut experience for my baby was very very bad

Service was exellent and Im very much satisfied with the out come, i have done my wedding make over by faiza herself and my hair cut done by rabia, absolutely loved their work and highly recommended.

It was my first experience at Faizas salon..Didnt knew which treatment should i go for my hair then Shireen(such an amazing girl) helped me out and guided me with each and everything. Highly satisfied!

G10 branch and the owner. The worst experience I ever had in my life was with this saloon. I wanted a hair cut from faiza herself but she didnt bother and I was forced to get a cut from one of her hair stylist and she instead of giving me my turn turned to a known girl of hers for hair cut. I was very disappointed as I had waited for months to grow my hair and get a sleek bob. My hair were long enough to cover my back, I showed the stylist a picture and explained what I wanted. She cut my hair short till shoulders with Chinese bangs lying halfway my forehead. It was chand raat and I was so so so shocked that I wanted to cry but I sat there still. I told her what she did and she was like, apne ab itni mushkil style bataya he to yhi hoga na. And I was looking at her shocked. Faiza did not even bother asking me what had happened or even apologizing me for her unprofessional behaviour and her staffs mistake. I left the parlour disheartened and crying as my Eid and coming 3 4 months were destroyed and I could not hide my hair even by pinning as they were cut too short on the forehead. Now I feel Faiza must have asked the staff herself to do this to me as I had resisted when they tried to change my turn and she changed my seat instead

If you have no respect for yourself and for your money then be my guest. Faiza the owner is also not educated enough to deal with her clients adequately. She is not welcoming at all. I better use other parlors paying less or more but at least will have a dignified and quality services with professional staff and fair commitments.

It was a nice experience

Went to the Bhariatown Phase 4 branch. Such an overrated Salon. Used to go to G-10 branch for hair and other services. Was always a happy customer. After years, thought of trying it for our familys big event. The hype grew with years so was expecting the best. Highly disappointed!!! Staff is so lazy and the makeup base was cakey, eye makeup was smudgy and hateful. We were 3 and we all hated our facea then. The hair department is good. But makeup.... A big no!! I had to wash my face before entering the hall!!

Services are fine but they really need to work on training their staff on the basic courtesy of customer handling. Highly priced with extremely rude staff. Its like you are paying to see impolite behavior from the staff. From the receptionist to the junior staff everyone has attitude issues. They will start losing regular customers if they dont fix this.

I went to the phase 4 location firstly as I went in noone noticed I walk in, noone asked what services i require and as i paid it was my first time in the salon i didnt know where to go then someone asked me to sit on chair. another lady walked in 3 girls got up and started doing her eye brows may be she was a regular customer but she was served before me. last but no least I was charged 300 for upper lip and eye brows.

Quite good. The salon is clean and the staff is experienced. They are flexible with reasonable attitudes.

Had a great experience there. Everything was so good the staff and the ambiance loved everything. Did Extenso from there the helpers Bushra and Shereen did it and they were extremely extremely helping and guiding ️. Love the services

Good service, cooperative staff, a little expensive than required.

Bedly treated my hair not satisfied with highlights it was my first nd last visit.

They have maintained their standards which sometimes dont match their performance.

Half of the staff was so coperative and half was not even a little coperative

Wife visited the place to get hair highlights.End product (higlights) was good but service and management need quite an update.Called saloon earlier to get appointment, was told that it is walk in. Went there and it took a lot of time to get it done, aprrox. 3.5 hours.If the procedure is 2 hours, spare yourself 2 additional hours to get things done.Hopefully, Faizas management will improve this and best would be to make it appointment based.

I visited to Faiza beauty salon on December 30.It was a horrible experience poor customer service.We reached there on time for party makeup ,but they took too much time it was my brother’s walima function. We got late .I had done my makeup and hairs .when I reached the place of function my hairs was already messed up don’t waste your money don’t go there they need to improve their skills and time management

Staff is very impolite. They need to work on their foolish antics. Hair cut is only good by the owner herself who is rarely available.

The hairdresser spent just 5 minutes on doing a trim , didnt wash the hair , just wet it with a spray and insisted it was a cut ! Demanded full payment of 2000 Rs -total rip off. Service just NOT worth the amount they charge. Nasty casual attitude - just want to grab your money with minimum effort.

Very rude experience, due to kids being sick could not take the pre booked party makeup, the owner refused to adjust the 8000 advance payment even in any services. Not a single penny she returned or adjusted, very unkind despite taking 40000rs signature walima makeup. The party makeup stuff quality is pathetic, they charge soo much but very poor quality makeup and stuff. I preferred it despite people telling me about the rude attitude of owner n senior staff but dont want to go their ever again! Never recommended!

4hrs to touch up my wifes roots and trim her hair, then the wrong colour was put on, but quickly rectified. The Service could be better, staff did not even offer a glass of water in the 4hrs she was there.

The place is over priced and the staff is always in bad rough mood specially the receptionists need training in manners. Usually the place is over crowded staff is unhappy, angry and overworked and the services offered are not worth the price you pay. They also trick you in selling products that are very expensive and useless treatments that sky rockets your bill so stay alert while taking decisions.

Fizzas haircut and tehmeenas blow dry is amazing...will visit again for sure

Good makeup and services... but very crowded and poorly managed.

Nice saloon ambreen saima and mehvish were very nice..helped us thoroughly from giving suggestions for hair styles till cutting and blowdrying and shampooing too. There was another girl probably the supervisor who was not nice to talk to at all didnt know how to talk to customers. Space and ambience can be improved.
