Security is needed too many breakins in the houses, house Theifs too many, we pay service charges to bahria town but no one comes to repairs in the house very bad service phones always busy

The best possible view. The surrounding is mesmerizing.. You can enjoy nature in all its glory.. The construction of bahria town karachi is far better but the natural beauty of bahria town Islamabad is something else. The houses are crowded though.

The weather is so good most of the year. The architecture is worth seeing. The commercial areas are also populated and most of the top brands are situated there. Most of the fast food chains are there too. It is more well constructed than other phases of bahria town.

Spacious road, water, drainage, gas and electricity with full backup, parks and private security.They conserved the jungle and maintained greenery.The only thing is they have to limit the access for villagers from surrounding villages because they damage the facilities and disobey the law.

Small, peaceful, very near to GT Road. Excellent location, all Bahria services are available. Many houses are under construction. This is a cool phase. Huge commercial area is nearby. Bahria Expressway is full of big plazas, buildings which all come under Bahria Phase 7. You may find almost all brands and chains.
