Very need and calin and best security system and best staff behaviour

Its PIACL office, very busy area. Main problem is that there is not any parking area for public who visit this office. Only available parking is in front of the building which is always occupied by PIA staffs vehicles. I think there should be parking plazas for this area.

Whenever Ive gone to the PIA office Ive found the staff to be very courteous, friendly and helpful.I remember the PIA of the 1980s when it was ranked amongst the top airlines of the world and my recent experience with the PIA booking office, Islamabad has given me the glimmer of hope that it can again be the great airline that it once was.

All facility for booking available, but parking is a big issue.Its better to have a second person or driver in the car to wait out side the road and bypass the parking Hasle.

Better try online booking easy and convenient. Avoid visiting office, it takes too much time for booking.

Staff is very helpful MasAllah, flight was cancelled due to covid but pia staff officer was very very helpful in rescheduling the flight as per our request without an issue. Alhumdulliah very happy.Q

The staff in this particular customer service office are professionally trained but facilities and amenities provided by the authority are not up to standard.There is a proper Queue Management System Installed in the office but out of orderThe washrooms are not clean and no amenities are provided for customers

PIA main booking Office in Islamabad. Have been going there for years! One of the best places to go and chalk out your travel requirements if the online or phone helpline is not your cup of tea!Polite and courteous staff helped in exploring all options. And I got my travel booked.Also the best place to go for redemption of Awards Plus (accumulated travel miles) points towards your travel.All the best to our National Airline!

Not being operated like any professional airline set up...just living on previous ratings.No one is bothered about customers...different other than airline offices also exist there...lift often does not work...typical a ship without a steering scene.

Staff dont know how customers services are done and dont guide properly specially in this pendamic they add to anger of customer nothing more.. If they are sitting on front end they must know the policy when they are asked their answer is dont know call help or check after few days and when they are visited next week same stuff... What I should say I dont know

The Building loos Good. But the staff is very bad. Have no ethics how deal with customer. I didnt appreciate ever. While the management by company is amazing. Having waiting area and clean environment.

Really a nice experience, visiting PIA office. The only carrier operating direct flights between Pakistan and Canada. Staff was courtious and accommodating. I have faced parking issue. Rest my trip was quite comfortable.

PIA Blue Area Isb went there for my flight reservation.

Courtious and helpful staff on frequent flyer deal in Islamabad but due to control in Karachi office failed to provide immediate help.The email request to issue new membership cards made on 23rd December not materials ed as yet

Very bad experience with staff and the other customers. Very few people maintained the line. When I entered there was two people ahead of me and only one employee who was taking care of the domestic flights. One lady who came after me tried constantly to get ahead so another customer told her off while the employee wasnt saying anything. Similarly, when it was my turn, after waiting for about 30 mins, one customer cut in front of me. When I told him that I was ahead of him he stared lying and when I told the employee that I was first he told me to just let the other gentlemen go first, thinking that I was a young kid up to no good. I stood my ground and argued against both of them until he finally let me go first. After the employee saw my credit card and that I belonged to the US he immediately started apologizing. They dont know how to treat their customers and their booking system online never allows you to purchase with a credit card forcing you to visit their office which then charges you 5% more then the fare online. I probably will never book with them again and would never recommend it.

Always verify the ticket price twice before you make a payment at this place. The first guy asked me around 70000 rs for postponing my ticket and 1 hour later another guy charged me just 38000 rs for the same thing. What a joke !

The lady on the counter handled the changes in my ticket but was very rude. Did half of the job and I had to visit another counter for her half done job and the other gentleman did the rest decently.

Feroz bashir at the office was so polite and courteous if it wasnt for him i would have not gone to the office at all. Once PIA have other direct flights going to UK they will have to make sure they dont rip off their customers. I can guarantee that no pakistani customer will fly with PIA once this happens. Pls pia dont rip off your own pakistani people. be fair.

There are some old pals sitting in front of computer like they are seeing them for the first time. It is not that they are not helping but their age doesnt allow them to to do so. Service is even lower quality than their glasses on the nose.
