I really like meals especially burgers and fries. If you are a fast food lover, I would recommend to try double zinger. The parata roll is also a good one by t recommended for people with small stomach :).

So There was a deal on foodpanda which I availed today. Deal had one shotgun burger fries and cold drink for 150. The burger was good and well cooked but the sauce in the burger was negligible. Overall the burger is crispy and tasty

Staff is too bad ... They always keep fightning with each other and misbehaved with me also ... Taste is average specialy fries .... This problem is particularly with this branch ....

Best for takeaway! Theres no room to sit and eat there apart from the table outside if the weather is in your favor and its empty sure enjoy.

Staff was busy taking and delivering foodpanda orders while the customers for take away and dine in were waiting. I had to wait for atleast 20 minutes for 2 shotgun burgers that were given to me after some heated arguments with the person taking orders. They shouldnt take more orders than they can supply within a given time

Very average food, good only for cheap deals and such (when you are low on the moolah front and even then there are some better and cheaper options available). If you want class or quality, avoid this place. It isnt what it once used to be or what it used to represent. The 2 stars are for their garlic mayo sauce that they use on their fries. That sauce is really saucy (if you know what I mean)

Its an amazing place specially for fries but they also serve burgers, wings, nuggets fried chicken, quesadillas and more. Good thing about them is that they keep on introducing new items in their menu. Service is fast and good with friendly and professional staff.

Fish fillets were half the thickness as they show in their ads, which made them feel too oily as there was a thick layer of batter around. Chips were low quality and bland.

This location is very good for family, they have separate location for family Din In.Car parking is also available.

I liked the spot and their meal. But I found their buns to be not matching or were not prepared to sync their taste with other components of the burger. So I assumed it to be a match in a sense of difference. As a matter of fact I enjoyed their meal.

Prices are reasonable seating and space is enough for a normal crowd. Staff is friendly and efficient. Good ambience. The main thing they need to work on is the taste of their food !! The food taste is 6 /10 their fries are literally tasteless, fried chicken is too salty and feels over cooked , burgers are comparatively better.

Tried their dynamite prawns today but I dont like it very much. Prawns quantity is too less. Only 8 tiny prawns with very less sauce. Whole cup is full of lettuce only. Kindly increase the quantity of prawns and please give some training to your staff so that they can better explain the menu to the customers.

It was my first time trying optp and I really liked it. The employee who was taking our order was honest and helpful while we tried to decide what we wanted. The seating area was comfortable and clean. The food came out pretty quick. Burger was good but I would want more sauce in it. The garlic mayo fries were the best.

Had been there last night and ate their burger and garlic mayo fries. Everything was quite delicious and I would recommend you to eat it.

Shot Gun burger is very good

Totally disappointed after looking at their prices! Today I went at f11 outlet and ordered a burger with fries and drinks and before I talk about the rest of the menu just have a look at the price of a small Fanta CAN, they are charging 200% extra on the price written on the bottom of CAN. Well its 31Rs and 5 Rs as GST.makes 36 Rs. And have a look at their receipt its 90 Rs and 6 Rs as GST.makes 96 Rs. So we as poor consumers are paying GST twice and almost 200% extra amount to these so called International chain of butchers managed and operated by our own Pakistanis. For God sake have mercy I dont know what we all Pakistanis are up to? Some body needs to take action .

Getting expensive and lacks creativity when it comes to meals and deals. Online offers sometimes are worthwhile. But it seems their deals for dine in are more greed based defying their initial approach which was very customer friendly.

Optp used to be a good brand when it had few branches. Now every branch got its own taste. Some put too much sauce at the point that it is unable to eat the fries and in some branches they put too less and you have to request them to put more.

Good place tried their Azadi deal having two Pakistani burgers in just RS. 290. Juicy burgers with good enviorment and quick service.

Food quality is good. Cooperative staff. Location is a little hidden. Overall good experience. Burger is a little smaller, but the fries make you feel full. Environment is good. No washrooms which means you even cannot wash hands there. The price is almost the same as KFC and quality is also kind of same but a little different taste.

Though my family and I love this place and visit at least twice a month. However since months i noticed that they are going in to save money and if youre looking for chilli garlic sauce and mustard, be ready to pay extra money because they make extra money by offering their own sauces which are offered at much more price. Mustard is no longer available on table as it was once. A place which promotes itself with fries , should have at least chilli garlic offered to its customers.
