I really liked the place. It was very nice and peaceful. Loved the tea there, also tried their fries which were very nice. One thing that they need to work on is their menu, should expand the menu to include more things that a person can have with tea like desserts and snacks other than fries. But the ambiance is really good. The staff is very nice as well. Overall, I loved the place. You all should definitely try it if you want a quiet and peaceful spot to hangout with your friends and family.

If you love having trees around you, this is the place for you. Rustic yet not lacking, the decor and comfort is sufficient. That quality makes it better than places like the Jungle Spot. The trees wrapped with lights, the trimmed hedges and plants draped in an orange glow all makes Chalet a place that seems like something out of a vintage travel magazine. However, its not all perfect. The food is mediocre is best. The coffees good and so is the cheese paratha. Everything else is just bland and nothing to write about. But still, the place and ambiance more than makes up for it.

I enjoy the peaceful environment here. The fries, although tasty, are overpriced and the serving sizes are small. The staff is very cooperative and professional. In the winter, they bring hot coals in a container to put near the feet of the guests. The bathrooms arent altogether usable, though. Very pleasant experience still.

Chalet is amongst the best go to options when youre on a budget and you need to sit open air. The small 10*10 huts, ambiance and the element of privacy are the selling points. With a little professionalism and some environmental coverage improvements they surely will be a notch up.

Formerly known to islamabadians as Koolza but the place is revamped and has restored . Its a must go place . Go after 5 order a pasta and angeethi . Enjoy !!!

The food was just amazing and a very reasonable price. would definitely recommend to friends to try out.The mushroom lover burger is to die for The tea at the end of the food was really good too.

When you want to experience something unique in the center of Islamabad just visit this place to eat or drink something. They have open air sitting arrangements and serve food in old times lanterns which gives you amazing vibes. Calmness of the place is perfect for a perfect talk. Food quality is also really good. The only issue is that you often dont get place in the evening.

Tea was good, service was slow and they charged us 65rs for anghethi ...this was just a bad start for the year.

The music. the atmosphere. The late night hours. The peaceful environment. Everything was just great when I celeb my brithday there back in December 2019. I hope it stays that way. Didnt try out much in the menu so cant tell about that because we had our own stuff but the way Staff decorated the place for us was amazing too. Loved it!

Chalet is the place between trees and beautiful green environment ...very calm place to sit n to have chit chat with frndz n family light music and to have a delicious food ...they serve u with great hospitality n the ambiance with dim lights will.makes everything beautiful...best outdoor place for food ...the one thing i love at very first moment isthe menu on wood ..its looks soo natural n classy ...the presentation of food is very gud ...and the taste is amazing ...i.must say the whole package they are giving is 10/10 n very reasonable n food quantity n quality both are really appreciating n worth spending ur money there ...n hygine is maintained ...highly higly recommend ppl to.go there n checkout by there ownself n hve gud fast food...burgers pakros chips chai pasta briyani drinks ..parathas etc all are delicious must try

Quite good place to sit and chit chat. Food rating is average. One good thing about this place is the silent atmosphere which allows you to sit and spend some peaceful time. It can be improvised and can become a great place. Services provided by the guy was too good, no doubt he knows his job.

The takeover enabled a lot of space there was for improvement in capacity and making use of the vicinity in terms of ambiance and theme. The menu has improved considerably. Their price point is very competitive given the premium quality and service. Competes with high end & crowded places like chikachino but the customers are inclusive to the place.

This is a very posh place to have tea. Posh in a sense of its environment and the sector it is in. The furniture on the other hand is very casual. It is surely expensive but if you want very peaceful environment, even on a weekend, you can go there. 7 cups of tea were for 960Rs. It is on the backside of ufone tower. It is hardly noticable because of its placement on a far side of the road. Evenings are amazing with the wind and the chilly weather under the trees. Only recommended if you want a really peaceful environment and are okay with expensive menu.

The worst experience i have ever had. I ordered burgers. The food quality was so worse and fries were almost black (extra cooked) and fries contained small particles of soil. It was my first experience and i suggest Chalet to please focus on your food quality. It is your startup and you should focus more to penetrate in the market.

A very bad experience, the orders took way too long (for some burgers!!! and some fried chicken strips?!?!) , the food was overpriced and wasnt worth it , the staff only had one waiter who took the orders and served them.

A great place to spend time with friends and have a cup of tea with fries! It has an outdoor sitting area with a beautiful location surrounded with trees. A covered sitting area exists as well. I tried tea, pakoras and aalu cheese paratha and it was awesome.
