Worst costumer service and they guys on whatsapp messenger... Before they were able to deliver on the given address n now they are like we r not able to.. They will lie.. The rider is out for delivery will call u.. When i asked before k have got on the given address. Why its issue now.. Nooo answer worst costumer service.. They have system too lazy to check..

The service standard and behavior of the staff is quite poor.They delivered my important documents late. Although the destination was clearly written on package that is Islamabad but they delivered the package in Rawalpindi and cause me a huge mental torture by delivering my documents after 2 days and gave me irreparable loss.Shame on them.I will never ever use TCS againAnd I suggest you all to use UMS of Pakistan post.Nowadays it is performing excellent and also it is cost effective than this rubbish tcs service.

Main dispersal office, or we can say an assembly point for the riders and a complaint center as well. Main office of the area manager is also located in the same venue. Here u can collect your undelivered mails ans parcels and can launch your complaints as well.

Worst services by lal turti and ternol tcs. They oven didn’t make a call you for self pick up the parcel. What a shame for tcs pakistan.

A parcel booked for internal city on 12-10-2020 in Islamabad.But on till 17-10-2020... Parcel not received..... Poorest.... Bad.... Unprofessional....Not recomended

The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. They are always going to say that “Your area is Non-Service” and they never deliver your parcel.

Really disappointed.. Previously they deliver to my address and now saying that my address falls under non service area.. If my address is in non-service area then why did u book from sender? Charging 250 rs for delivery and fail to deliver. Poor service.. Pakistan post is better than tcs.. Shipments from aliexpress reaches at door by Pakistan Post.

Neither delivered my parcel nor contacted me. I had to collect my JazzCash Visa Debit Card from their office.

Pathetic & expensive.Call center saying one thing.Office saying something else.They cant even tell the same lieThey dont care about your shipment.It took 30 calls to call center, delay of 3 days & a 40 minute trip to personally visit their Lal Kurti office Rawapindi. Only then a small envelope reached from Karachi to Islamabad.If you want to wait & wait. Book TCS.

Very bad service.... 2nd time my delivery is late...... Still i havent got my parcel. .... Even they dont receive my call.... Tha behavior of local office is very rude.... They showed that my parcel is delivered... But i have not received yet. Here is proof....2 times i called on helpline... I asked them to deliver my parcel in urgent... But they didnt. Very poor services of TCS. I have never ever seen such a poor sercives of any courier channel. TCS has made people fool by booking service and collect charges but not deliver to beneficiary or destination. And ptovide wrong and fake remarks on tracking details. I intimate to all people not to use TCS servives for your important couriers. TCS not deliver my courier since last 20 days. I am very angry for that.

Very poor services, Even not have a capacity to deliver within 10 Km radius. My shipment from Islamabad to Rawalpindi (From HEC, Islamabad to 6th Road area in Rawalpindi) has already delayed 22 day and still waiting for my shipment. Also launched complaint, they replied me, still it will take 24-48 to process.

Most pathetic courier & customer services

They botched my international mail, lost my original certificates and are taking ages to process my claim. I submitted my claim in August 2019 and it’s Jan 2020, yet no intention of returning my claim. Truly disappointed.

They dont deliver packages at all and return them to the source mentioning wrong address. This has happened multiple times. On the other hand, I receive packages from other courier services even GPO at my doorstep! I have complained to the head office several times.
