I got home service for some tests and the staff they sent was very courteous. He was well aware of the various test aspects and guided me all along. Relatively a little pricier than competitors but worth the money.

Islamabad diagnostic centre is located opposite side of MH Rawalpindi.Parking:Relatively less parking space is available infront of IDC. Its recommended to park your vehicle infront of d watson or beside PAF selection centre. Cooperative staff is available . Brochure for availability of services is attached.

Excellent will advise to get online registration which will give you a unique ID Number when on arrival give then the ID number and you will be fast tracked.Cert was emailed and Sms when ready next day. Bumped into the branch Supervisor FAIZAN who was fantastic and very helpful. A true gentleman Overall a great Excellent service will recommend to family and friends.

I dont usually write reviews. But today I happened to be in IDC mall Road.I waited for 3 hours for my turn to give covid sample. In fact the staff who were responsible for data entry took 2.5hours to upload data of 4 people. The were extremely slow and the left their seats for several times. They demended that the documents should be sent to them via an email attachment i sent 4 documents but the responsible person only downloaded two documents and could understand the basic skill to click the option to download all documentsI have given two starts because of cleanliness however toilet was a mess and people were entertained without face mask.Not happy with the service. I will go to chughtai or aghakhan next time.

Excellent standard quality of medical report,but i think some rates high. If rates some decreased so nice to middle class peoples.this wondrous thing is so cleany invirment ,very charge staff and beautiful reception.i repeat i feel some rates is higher side.

Neat and clean place, staff is helpful but not trained need to be recruitment medical professionals. Staff will never give you direct landline phone number and the number they mentioned on visitors card is closed. Price are very high almost double comparing to Health Way Lab and Jinnah Memorial lab but result for the reports are same.

I really lly appriciate services of IDC, i visited saddar mall road branch for my PCR covid test. I am very pleased with customer services, overll behavior, and lab environment, i would highly recommend to all pessangers of all airlines to go there.

I was totally amazed by the staff of IDC working there. Everyone was very cooperative and acquiring magnanimous attitude. I have no idea about the person name but I guess he was floor supervisor who was very kind and helpful. Good Job IDC.

Absolutely pathetic customer services: no higher management to deal with corona virus applications1 - 2 staff were dealing with 100s of corona testing.Someone took my wallet when tests were done.Lost all my valuablesLodged a FIR against them.Very poor organizationAvoid IDC as much as you can.

I visit IDC Im very satisfied with the services and staff behaviour is very kind n informated n also environment is very neat and clean.

Few days back I personally visited IDC mall road branch. I had a good experience with IDC a very humble and kind staff with well equipment .There is a guy name shahzeb i think he was very kind and treated me very perofessionaly and brief me about all the IDC test in a good manner. I think they have a trained and a professional staff as compare to other.Second thing is they have a online system you can check your reports at home it provides you a comfort zone to check your reports at home which is a very good thing in term of time saving.
