A well managed and maintained Customer Service Center of Bahria Town. Slightly congested now, due to increasing number of customers. Staff is dutiful and responsible. Well trained workers and officers.UBL Bank branch counters are insufficient during huge drive of possession. The queue in front of the pay-in counter goes long without social distancing, which is not possible due to rush.

Situated in bahria town phase 8, it is the main office for all purchasing and selling of property.It is very busy so you need to allow yourself extra time.The reception staff are helpful and will guide you to the correct counter for information.They keep a record of all your details , and can refer to them if needed.

My experience is marvelous. All departments organized. Staff at the desk are very cooperative. Totally different from the government departments. I recall my time of 20 years back when working with multinational companies. Very good environment.

Worst customer service. There were long ques for everything. Less staff. Staff were working hard but clearly they need more ppl and efficient system. Most work is done like ancient times, manually. They need to improve their softwares and make it more automated. I expected more from bahria but ... sad

Bahria is a quality organization. Like others it may have its ups and downs. But it has progressed on one factor ....it has always delivered quality !My sale was an unfortunate event. And yes they took much longer than they should have. But its understandable due to turbulent political times in the poisonous so called democracy we live in. And due to the utter judicial failure and nonsense we have in our country.Not a fault of Bahria.

Poor Maintenance Service Bahria Town RawalpindiI have been living in Bahria Town Rawalpindi since October 2018 after retirement from army, presuming it to be best housing society of Pakistan.But it was the biggest mistake of my life. Bahria Town authorities turn a deaf ear to the problems of its residents. When complain is registered online to chairman complaint cell, a computer no is given to the complainant and he is told that someone will contact him shortly but no one ever contacts.I have registered this complaint to chairman complaint cell and Complaint No is 13082020-4. Lets see who resolves it?Complaint office just writes the complaint of the resident but doesn’t provide any technical support for it although maintenance charges are taken from residents every month. We have to hire technical man power like electrician, plumber or carpenter from our own sources on payment from private sector.When the WAPDA shuts down the power, backup is not provided. Many people come to live in Bahria Town because it is considered a load shedding free area, but it is far from reality.Staff of Complaint office needs to be punished and defaulters should be removed from service immediately.

I bought a plot in January and received allotment document in March and then possession will take another 45 days. Process is too slow. Otherwise wonderful place, neat and clean. These days they test your temperature before letting you in. Good job

Here I want to share my experience as an client of BAHRIA TOWN .REGRET, REGRET and REGRET.I’m a Pakistani living abroad, in 2010 bought a plot ( 1 kanal with extra land and dues were paid) in D- block , Phase -8 , Rawalpindi . With thoughts ever would build own house on it. Early this year 2020 , came to know . Bahrain Town has been sold out MY PLOT ( 83a ) to someone.In Februari 2020 came to Pakistan, contacted Bahrain Town Office. In 2 weeks almost everyday went to BT office. Sales department’s attitude was really rude and we could seen, they showed no interest to solve our issue . They wasted 2 weeks , by verifying the documents. But from where ? Actually they were passing the time. They knew which date I would go abroad. Anyway they promised to give me alternate options ( plot ), from which I can choose . I came back here . After months of patience, they offered a plot ( block A-1 ) and forced me to accept it . No comparison with my plot in D - block. So I didn’t agreed with their proposal. After that nothing heard . I am wondering what is going on in BAHRIA TOWN . I regret, why I bought this plot in BAHRIA TOWN .I have submitted my complaint to Bahria Complaint Cell. Let’s see what happens to my case.Specially Overseas Pakistani’s be aware.

Situated at Bahria town phase-8. Nice facility with lot of parking space in the adjacent commercial area. Building is wheelchair friendly.Sitting place is good chairs are comfortable.Clean toilets. Helpful staff, built with aesthetic sense. Air conditioning is good. Drinking water is available.ATM is available here. At the entrance South American birds are at display.Receptionists are friendly. Overall all good experience.

Pathetic costumer service no proper guide lines they just waist your time and makes you fool never tells you the proper procedure that what documents should you bring along what are the requirements for the process we happend to go for the collection of the possession letter they took 5 hours and every time leads us to a different story very disappointed shame on you.

My name is SajidI Live in USAI have few properties in Bahria town and I try to check my dues once every year .My property’s are paid off but some time some charges Bahria town add so I try to be up to date .I been calling there main Customer service number and talk to customer service representative she try to forward my call Three time to ext 433 but no one available to answer call .Finally 4th time she said some one Mr Afzal and Mr Sabar is not available to answer call .She ask me to talk to supervisor and he also didn’t answer call .mean he was also not available .Anyway I heard lot about Bahria town and was thinking to invest some $ . But know I advise everyone to please don’t spend any money to Bahria town .V v v bad service for overseas investors.
