Saddar TCS had worst experience sent a packet to WAH N reached after 3 days ,imagine just abt 30 klm , no one infd ,correct address n contact numbers were there,very non profession , WAH TCS never picks up cell called 2 days then made a complain n had to go to their main office , will never go thru TCS again n most highest rates, why waste time n money n not a single courtesy call even

Professional staff nice store, but seriously people need to learn to wait for your turn, one stupid guy behind me came right next to me impatiently while i was being help c’mon people we are better than this.

Honestly speaking am not satisfied with the way they handled HEC degree attestation process. I am regretting it now that why I used this center .. they are not following the instructions from HEC nor is the staff trained enough to handle the sensitive documents. On helpline they told me that we dont give it to our riders and hand it over to client himself once attested but once the process got completed then they told me that we wont call but our rider will deliver it at postal address. Now am only keeping my fingers crossed and praying that everything would go well.

If you want to courier anytime in a day, you can visit this 24×7 tcs service center. Staff is good and helpful . Daytime parking is a bit hassle. Rates are little bit higher than other competitors but service is marvelous.

The best courier and logistics service in Pakistan.Although the staff at GPO Chowk Rawalpindi should be fired. Recently I was there, and they messed up someones shipment in a bad way. To top it off, instead of finding a solution, the guy was laughing at the customer. Personally Ive never seen a staff worker that bad.N.B. For everyone; do check the tapes if you are sending boxes. As the staff will leave half the boxes, preferably tape your stuff yourself.

It takes 4 days to deliver parcel from pindi to Sakhar and if call them on UAN number at 2 line is disconnected r say dial again. Made mistake to send parcel through TCS ,costly ,delayed and poor tracking system.
