Very poor customer services. Very poor staff. Did not give guidance or support to customer. Never tell all requirements for account opening before the process. They just waste time of others avoid this bank.

My experience was not that good. Very slow service. Though there was a good sitting place and interior was good the staff working here was slow and inefficient. Though four counters were running but had to wait for an hour almost.

Branch Manager Mr Asad Shah is really a wonderful man who has helping attitude towards the customers. Services at this branch have enhanced and on better track than before just by sheer management of this gentleman. Truly satisfied with the responses by this branch. Great going, keep it up.

Every thing ok just you face problem of waiting because staf is not complete

Poor facilities and unhelpful staff in bank. I am very disappointed from Bank Alfalah satellite town services. I have visited many times to requested for my company employee salary accounts but they didnt help. Untill now they not replied. I do not recommend for business community. Stay away from such a bad bank Alfalah. Rawalpindi. If I have less then one star. I should give. -10

I think alafalah management should be close this bank if they not giving help to business communities. Very disappointed from this bank costumer care. Specially Mr. Ata Ullah. Adil and some others... Absolutely bad bank in rawalpindi is bank alafalah satellite town.

One off the worst bank. I never recommend bank alfalah for anyone. The customer care so bad. I go there to open account but no one help me. Disappointed.

Bad bank in Pakistan, bad staff, totally wasted time people. Should be close is bank, I will complaint to Pakistan state Bank.
