A VIP Daewoo transport service. Very punctual and reliable service. Every passenger is to wear a mask before boarding. There is security check before entering into bus terminal. Daewoo express bus service also provide facility of reservation of seats/tickets in advance. There is a large parking lot. Passenger must reach 45 minutes before departure time. There is waiting room for passengers at bus terminal. Public toilets for ladies and gents. Good service.

Good service.But seating area should be improved .Parking should be proper and secure . Its currently open at full risk , with no security and a herd of beggars.Also the entrance from the main Peshawar road is very ambiguous , there is no clear sign board .The entrance from parking is also very congested .Needs overall structural improvements !!!

One of the worst experiences at Daewoo, buses getting 45-60 mins delay at Rawalpindi Terminal. Even criminal they don’t re pay you the ticket price if you booked online. Never travelling in this pathetic service.Shame on Daewoo services.

Deteriorating service as buses on long routes are not well maintained. covered 6 hours journey in 7 hours due to engine heat up.. time to say BYE to this service for good for travelling. However, one star for their cargo service. Their services are as shaky as the picture below.

Its just fine. I would prefer Faisal Movers terminal. Weve a long way to go in transforming bus terminals, passengers should be entertained during their stay.

Problem #1: Bus was 35 minutes late in departure. Scheduled time: 1:15am. Departure: 1:50amProblem #2: No WiFi (I had important work to do on the bus. I trusted Daewoo. Never again)Problem #3: There was a problem with some part of the bus. Everyone could hear a loud rattling noise coming from under the bus.Problem #4: Seat labeled incorrectly in the bus. I booked Seat 2 on app which was window seat. But in the bus Seat 2 was NOT a window seat.Problem #5: Website wont complete the purchase. Something wrong with purchasing process. Had to book on phone.Problem #6: Was told on the phone that the tickets could be purchased from their satellite office in Islamabad. Got to the satellite office 45 mins before travel time. It was closed. Shameful service.I’m totally disappointed in Daewoo now. I traveled on Faisal Movers on the way back from Lahore. This was my last trip on Daewoo.One star for the driver who was quite experienced and drove peacefully.

Huge and hustling Daewoo bus services stop - couple of nice TUC shops; multiple ticketing counters but only few remain active at a time - once refused to accept e-ticket and had to stand and queue to get a printed one !!

Pathetic service.I booked tickets for seat #13-14 from rawalpindi to gujrat. I called the daewoo helpline and told about where should i reached. A customer services officer after 15 minutes of wait has instructed us to reach 30 minutes before departure. We were there and the tickets were issued and has been told to wait for an hour since we reached a bit earlier. After we exausted from wait we enquired about the bus and they were saying you should be in faizabad adda for daewoo bus. The bus has been departed now either you buy another tickets for gujranwala or sialkot and we cannot repay your tickets!!! Thanks to the bookme team and his excellent customer care who refunded me the tickets later on.I mean this ridiculous on daewoo end!!! I am hereby attaching the issued tickets for your reference.Dont rely on them neighther move with them if they have this kind of attitude we are not here to pay 3 times higher for this embarrassment.Full stop.*i highly recommend bookme.pk for their customer care during this mishap with us.

The best transport service I ever used. I mostly travel between 4 cities i.e. Peshawar, Abbottabad, Lahore and Rawalpindi.And I use Daewoo service for my trips.But sometimes you will be disappointed by the late comings of buses and sometimes advanced booking also cancelled.Thats the negative point. Rather than its a very good service.

Their buses on RWP-FSD route are in terrible condition. They are using 2004 model buses with almost everything broken.No working WiFi and many of the seats have damaged reclining mechanisms.Their tuck shop is overcharging on price controlled items. They have been fined multiple times in the past for overcharging but they still do this bad practice.

Good but this bas have no entertainment. LCD have no network and Ac is also very poor.

This is one of the busiest Daewoo terminal. It’s almost always crowded and teeming with passengers. It’s very spacious and provides comfortable seating with all facilities including restrooms, mosque, book shop, gift shop, mini cafe. New services of Daewoo including Daewoo cab and cargo services have their own service windows.The seating area has a large tv screen with mostly news or sports during season.There’s an ATM and booth for electronic ticketing.

I booked my seat from app and when i went to pay my ticket onsite. The accountant said your booking ticket is expired and you have to wait. He also said that you are supposed to pay your ticket through app otherwise your seat booking wont be considered.Now another young man with same issue came along and told him that he is been redirected to him after waiting for 30 minutes in another lane.The accountant then booked his seat and mine too. The same seat that i booked through app was given which clearly means that the seat was already available.Secondly i went on super luxury but there was no cushion so eventually I had to ask for cushion. And the seats were rather uncomfortable too as compared to bilal travels luxury class.Only good point was on time service.

Decent bus service. Rawalpindi Terminal is located in one corner, almost away from all potential travelers.Terminal is big and waiting area is average. A tuck shop and bank ATMs located in the terminal.

One of the options of its kind with wide variety of available routes, needs a lot of improvement in cleaning and more technology orientation is needed. Online tracking is very easily possible with more online payment and booking.

I wouldve given them zero stars if that was an option, had an urgent visit to Lahore, booked a seat a day before but didnt get a confirmation message, thinking thats okay ( it wasnt ) I just let it be, called again the next day to inquire about my seat, they said the booking was cancelled, frustrated booked another seat for the evening, still didnt get a confirmation message, called again after 20 minutes to there was no booking under my name, booked again and still didnt get a message. Ridiculous service no system what so ever there are other cheaper and way better options available now in the market. Wouldnt use the service again.

Pathetic condition of bus, even motorway police was going to fine, managers at the terminal started blaming the passengers instead for creating an issue. This company has totally lost its corporate ethics

I am visiting Pakistan from US and used Daewoo for the first time to travel from Islamabad to Lahore.I bought Gold tickets for pkr 1600 each, considering that bus will be really up to date. But unfortunately bus was not up to the mark. No screens for entertainment, no music and no small water bottle or tea.I get really disappointed from Daweoo service, probably switch to Faisal Movers for next trip.

Horrible!Over the years, Daewoo bus service earned its reputation for good quality ride, punctuality and a modern outlook leaving its competitors miles behind. It used to be anyones go-to option for long distance road travel in Pak. Well, not anymore! Their buses are mostly old (during a recent trip on a rainy day water was dripping down from the ceiling over all passengers and no one could do anything about it), service inside the bus is way below par, buses make unannounced stops during journey and take much longer to reach destination than other buses on the same route. I think it has lost its space to better and newer bus services by other companies (especially Rwp-Multan and Rwp-Lhr).I would not recommend it to anyone.

I travelled on 17 Apr 2019from Rawalpindi to Karachi, paid 4950pkr for the fare.Bus was filthy, curtains, pillows were dirty and looked as if not washed for months.Seat head covers were also same.There was bad smell in the bus.Some of the passengers were not feeling well and throwing up, no pouches were available in seat pockets in case someone needs it.Head phones were not workingToo many stops.Whats more, At Hyderabad stop it left me at the stop and moved on without announcement.I sent my observations to there email and it was bounced back because of full inboxOverall below standard services for the fare being charged, very hectic and tiresome journey,frequent stops and not worth the name ‘Daewoo

Overall good. Cleanliness will definitely make it better. I used it to travel to kharachi from rawalpindi.

Tuc shop is good. Prayer area. Washrooms. Parking. Overall quite spacious. The seating capacity should be increased.Security can be further improved and also the information counter. And the busses need up gradation.

Have seen the best of my journeys in this bus service it’s been over 15 years now. But now with years passing by inspite improving its gradually having its downfallFrom staff to punctuality , refreshments to over all conditions of buses audio visual facilities also withdrawnAttitudes and behaviours all need a drastic change. Management needs to rethink its policy if this company needs to be at par again.

Best to book tickets in advance and reach the station on time to get the tickets, as the ticket lines may become jam-packed just before the bus departs with people wanting to get a ticket on chance basis.Food and tea bars inside the station, with a prayers area and sample waiting space. I am travelling from multan to lahore in super luxury bus. But seats are very conjusted and small leg space like in old daewoo buses.

We reached at 16:45 in the terminal for Faisalabad bus. The bus was scheduled for departure from Rawalpindi to Faisalabad at 17:00 , 20:00, 21:30 and 23:00.They simply told us Only one bus will depart at 21:30 but mobile app shows 4 different timings for buses departure.We tried to complain by calling customer service center but they didnt ready to accept the mistake by Daewoo company regarding the timings of buses departure showing in app.

I travelled from Rawalpindi to Lahore using gold class. Here, the pros and cons of travelling with Daewoo were the same from when I was travelling from Lahore to Rawalpindi. The staff are polite and very punctual about timings. But here again, there was wifi but there was no internet access. Please fix your internet on these buses. It is only con which prevents me from giving 5 stars. However, please do not pay for daewoos cab service as they charge way too much. I had to travel into the city in Islamabad and they were charging 970/- for it. In contrast, careems fare was around 500 rupees. So just use careem to travel into the city, its just much better.

This service needs a complete overhaul of how it’s advertised and operated. The bus we got in the first leg of our Lahore-Islamabad tour was slightly above the level of an old school “flying coach” while ‘Luxury’ is right there in the name. But that was no coincidence... For the return leg I opted for the Gold service for which you have to pay through the nose, mind, and trust me when I say this... That one is no picnic either!I jumped all the hoops first to install their terrible app and then trying to pay via credit card but to no avail. They gave away my front seats (which I had reserved) and I got the worst possible ones for me and the missus who already suffers from motion sickness. The vibration was nauseating and I could feel my brain rattling against my skull.Paid the same price as the seats I lost though...Go with Faisal Movers. Always. Far cheaper and better. The downside with them is that you have to move fast to reserve your seats (No surprise) and when you have, you got them nailed.This service is not even a shadow of it’s original self. And there seems to be no redemption in sight!Avoid at all cost...

Daewoo has lost it. It used to be the best but now its standard has gone down. On top , while traveling between LHR and Rawalpindi, they dont stop at Bhayrah. They only stop at Sial, which has nothing decent. I travelled on Gold plus and highly disappointed. The wind screen of bus was broken. No individual screens. The head phones had whistling noise. Much better options available in market now. Dirty curtains. The waiting room was over crowded. Plz improve your service and start stopping at Bhayrah. ....

Relatively big parking as compared to previous RWP terminal. However, not clean parking. Very costly tuck shop. Now buses dont come on time anymore.Condition of washrooms is worst. No cleaning at all. Disappointed to see Daewoo standard of maintaining this terminal.

I visited this place after about 15 years, well setup over all is quite big now.But Its no more like as it was in early 2000, over congested waiting room.People quite educated ones ( medical students / cadets) dont feel like standing in qeues rather bullying is a common site at ticket counters.Outside there is complete confusion when 7 to 8 buses get parked ,many people seen wandering from pillar to post to know exactly in which bus they have to go.Extremely low quality poor & pathetic announcements going on from a remote corner that is hardly audible.Over all its simply chaotic getting close to Peer Wadhai or Faizabad Bus Stands.

Not recommended at all.What the hell is happening with Daewoo Bus Service.Its going worse day by day.They charge us 1850 per passenger from Islamabad to Lahore for Gold Class and there is nothing inside the bus for entertainment.No TABs behind the seats, no LCD on the front wind screen, i think Bilal Travel is better than Daewoo nowadays.2 days ago we toke a ride with them on premium class and they charge us only 2300 for two seats and Daewoo charge us 3400 for two.Worst experience with Daewoo Bus.

Amazing service

Adherence to time was quality of Daewoo, but now their standards are going down. They schedule lot of buses but then keep cancelling them. Booked seat for 11:45 am, bus was cancelled by daewoo. Adjusted for 12:30 pm but again the bus is delayed for 1 hour. Waiting lounge is also getting pathetic.

Daewoo is no more the same as 10 years before.From ticketing to travel, its clearly visible that they lack quality now.Busses are old, everything inside buses is LD and needs repair. Quality of seats has gone down and need an immediate makeover.On top of all, the casual attitude of the staff makes it more miserable. I have travelled after 8 years roughly and highly disappointed after seeing this.I hope the management takes a call soon to get the corrective measure. Or else this company will be a gone story .

Poor service. I traveled from this today. Uncomfortable seats. the bus had very bad conditions. Its like traveling in raja bus. They didnt offer any refreshments. The bus took the long route and convered the distance in 5 hours 30 minute from Rawalpindi to Sialkot terminal. Their rates are higher than others but not the service.

A premium bus service to most of Pakistans large cities. I love their punctuality. Some other business services have the same daewoo buses but their services are sub standard. Good parking. Three ATMs, so no worry about cash. HBL, UBL and Summit Bank.

Right now im in Daewoo. Rawalpindi to Sialkot. Most pathetic service and buses now Daewoo has.... No AC AND NO SERVICE.... Daewoo now just louting Pak people. Strongly recommend never chose Daewoo for travelling..... Amazing AC is not working and seats are broken too...
