Never even think of calling them on phone....! Firstly they wont pick up the phone! Secondly the line would go busy all of a sudden! Thirdly if they pick up accidentally, theyll put u on hold and put the phone on side....( U can actually hear them talk yet they wont talk to you!) I was held like this for 3 minutes!!!!Pethatic customer service... sorry!

I went to buy a trimmer from their upper floor, I saw a few boxes and decided on one, I paid for it via card, before leaving I asked the salesman if it has any warranty and he replied that it does not, it only has check warranty. After checking the trimmer inside the box I told him Im not satisfied with the build quality, it had a lot of dust and the plastic on the trimmer seemed to be loose. The salesman asked me to check other machines, I apologized to him and said sorry for the hassle and for not checking the machine inside the box, he replied by saying I can see the other machines ifIif like but I can only check one more machine inside the box, I found his way of saying this very rude and thought it was absurd that I could only check one more machine inside the box, I asked him to return my money, he started saying that it would be difficult as they dont usually do reversals on the cards, after arguing with him he finally gave me cash and deducted 200 RS, I asked him why and he said bank charges and that this is the SOP, he didnt show me any place where it was written and we got in to an argument. Finally after other people in the store intervened he gave my money back, but this was one of the worst experiences I have had as a customer, he was extremely rude and instead of being helpful he had an attitude as if he was doing me a favour. I will never buy anything from them again.

Not much rush. Went at 03:30pm. Staff/salesman was polite. Was outwardly willing to help. No sign of boredom was seen on his face. Guided and helped us on choosing from one of the two brands of the same product. Parking was not a issue. Many shops, good brands and eateries are also available closer by.

Courteous and helpful staff, slightly overpriced.They have plenty of good quality hand sanitizers available at the level 1 in cosmetic and toiletries section. Price ranging from 400 for 120-200ml to 600 for 200-250ml. Also their chemist section is selling hand gloves but one pair per person. They are having queues outside the store and you can only go turn by turn and they are not letting more than 4 persons in pharmacy sections. Some surface disinfactants are also available at basement grocery section.

The first floor has all brands of perfumes, beauty products, self care and personal hygiene products. The staff is really cooperative. They accept both cash and credit cards.
