Good services great environment cooperative staff overall its good hotel in encomical price

It was not much specious but enough for a gathering of 75 to 100 persons on each floor. Neat and clean. Cooking was also impressive.

Just ok hotel , not bad option, in Lahore you can find a good room like this in half price at many places , they placed still old type of type instead of LED/LCD.

Excilent reception area spacious VIP room good food good sized portions . Im spending three nights here then traveling to the UK on Saturday. I booked a room for my hb and everything went well. But when the hotel later realized that he was an Afghan citizen with the right to stay in the country because he has a visa, they demanded that I cancel. At their hotel, Afghans are not allowed to stay, they also said it was true throughout Islamabad and Rawalpindi which is a lie. I contacted 10 other hotels who said it wasnt right. All nationalities are welcome if they have passports and visas. In my country this is called racism and here it is illegal.Ive got the Mail conversation if anyone thinks this isnt true.I gave the hotel a star because I had to, otherwise I could not go on, but they really do not deserve stars at all.

Food is moderate. Place is nice for small functions.

Presently I am staying in this worse place. They have very bad sliding parking. Pathetic breakfast. Hot tea was served cold. On second day they did not give us lunch. We waited until 5:00 pm and then they said that our cook is not well . go outside to have lunch. While there is no place near by for food. I ask them to get to prepare club sandwitch and they just put cheese and egg in milky bread which was just tasteless. I ask them to prepare French fries and they served sweet patatoos. I am sure that hotel owner is vigilant but the choas must have been created by lower management. Well in that condition I recommend that nobody or at least family should stay over here.

Its was ok place to stay, room and bathroom was good, but breakfast was not. Staff is very cooperative. The promised shuttle service to airport was already booked.

Average rooms and meal slow room service and zero management.. but the good thing is, many kind of traveling facilities to main bus stop s are available here.
