Its a very good family suit. nice n lovely environment. rooms are neat tidy and well furnished. operating lift which is very rare in area.

Rooms size excellent.You will not get good services other than rooms.Housekeeping is poor.Pool and all indoor games at main safari club which is 10 mins drive away.I suggest hiring a complete apartment at lesser cost and better facilities.

Excellent hotel really well maintained i had stayed couple of times and you cant get a better hotel in this price its really worth it.

I asked to be moved from the initial standard room as it wasnt very nice at all.Pros1) nice friendly and not overbearing staff.2) clean hassle free environment.3) fresh clean bedding with extra pillows.4) nice to sit out on the small terrace to enjoy the sunshine.5) the breakfast was plentiful and very nice.6) the price was more than reasonable.7) staff were well versed in the english language and hd good communication skills.8) little park and playground just around the corner.9) great little shopping precinct on the doorstep.10) mcdonalds , kfc etc deliver to your door.Cons1) The sauna ,. Swimming pool etc are not in this building they are available but youd have to drive about 1km or so to Safari Club 1 to use these services.2) the standard room that I was given initially had cigarette burn marks in the carpet and sideboard, there was a smelly odour eminating from the bathroom all the time. Not very nice at all. I was very disappointed.3) the shower head could do with replacing.There are a few little marks on the walls and ceilings these can easily be overlooked, considering how economic this place is.Verdict all in all its a great place to stayGet the twin bedroom deluxe suite (room 209 & 210) as I had guests staying with me for one night but I stayed in the room 209 with access to the lounge but the 2nd room was locked so I didnt have to pay any extra at all ! happy days . I booked through Agoda and my expectations were enhanced about the room and hotel amenities that I had booked . Expecting to have the swimming pool and sauna etc in this building. But I was very happy overall considering what I got for my money. They young lady on reception called baazgah was very professional and made our stay a very nice and memorable one . We will stay here again.Well done Safari 4 . Thanks

I called the hotel to make sure the 2 rooms I booked were ready. The hotel said they had no record. I had hotels.com call them.and they told them the infomation and that it was paid for. They refused to hear any information and said they had no record and hang up.I am a Black American and my husband is from Lahore. We also had another couple with us. The lady is from Canada and her husband is from Lahore. We get to the hotel and I show them the booking and the paid email.They told.still would not give us a room. They put the manager on the phone and he gave an excuse about the emails from Hotels.com are not getting to us on time because we are on lockdown and there are not people in the office to get the email. He asked us to wait and he will come. Note we have been trying to clear the issue up on the way to the hotel which was about an hour and hotels.com had called them 2 times and we had already waited another hour at the hotel.Nevertheless, we waited and it was going on 1 am in the morning. The manger came and the first think he did was ask for marriage record. But, said he still.can not find the booking. So, why you want to know if we are married? Next, I called hotels.com and once again they called the hotel and request for us to check in because we have a booking. He were all upset and going back and forward with the manager which is not around 2 am. Therefor, I told hotels.com to cancal the booking. I know longer wanted to stay in this hotel.

Marvelous place for stay away from home

I had a great experience visiting Pakistan this month.A big thank you for all the staff providing a good service. Rooms are nice and clean. Having a Pakistani breakfast was lovely will definitely visit again thanks guys see you all soon

Room was clean, however Wash Room design was very bad. All the shower water stays on the slippery floor and had to be wiped to the drain. In the kitchen, there was no sink. and The UPS was kept near to the curtain which could pose a fire risk and electric shock for the young guests.

One of the best places to stay in the city! Has always made my business trips fun.
