Its located on a very road, parking is underground but this whole area is very congested place. Very good for families, neat and good house r keeping. Food is nice and service is superb.

Its actually a little old building but furnished, so it doesnt give u a new kind of feeling, but over all i liked the service and specially the breakfast options and good quality of food.

An extremely nice hotel, especially for families. I was with my wife and they had to verify my relationship with the marriage certificate which may seem odd to some but is actually quite a good policy and ensures that only families would be staying at the place. My wife, twice in the middle of the night, needed warm water to gargle and needed joshanda for her cold and they provided both twice complementarily. The food being a Karachiite is an issue given I prefer spicy cuisine and I wasnt disappointed.This was my second visit to the hotel and the best part is I wasnt disappointed. Top job Royalton. I wont think twice ever booking again. What would help though is if you have a Customer Relationship Management database so you may be able to track people who have already visited before. Would give your services a further polish. Good luck and hope to visit you in the future indeed.

This is a very neat and clean 4 star hotel in the heart of Liaqat Bagh area, Rawalpindi. The rooms including dining hall are very comfortable. The staff is well trained including the gatekeepers and lobby. Food and drinks are of very good quality with hygiene standards. People are recommended to stay here which is also very convenient to commute from here to Islamabad and Murree Hills. The metro bus station is also very close.

The Royalton Hotel is conveniently located less than a two minute walk from the new Metro Bus Station which gives easy access to prominent locations in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The hotel reception was clean and welcoming; the check in process was smooth and efficient. The reception staff were professional and friendly. My friend and I booked a twin room on the fourth floor facing Liaquat Park, the room was comfortable and met our needs. The bathroom could do with an overall but everything was working and above all it was clean. We used room service on several occasions and found the service quick and professional. The restaurant is a great plus to the hotel, it is decorated to a very good standard; the food was exquisite and at a very reasonable price. I strongly recommend anyone staying at the hotel to try the food. We found the staff courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Overall our experience was good and we would definitely stay there again.

It was a college tour when we had a stay in this hotel.. Its good place to live.. Clean and well arranged rooms..

Disgusted by this hotel few issues that cause a concern, booked 2 rooms interconnected and did not give key for joint inside door until I had to speak to the manager, any person can take a copy of your ID if they asked there was no safe box no use of iron told me no charge for laundry press but still charged, food at breakfast was greasy and bland phones in lobby would ring constantly from 5am onwards, dirty towels would be given that should be thrown away very very old used towels they use. The receptionist tried to charge an extra 20,000 rupees on top of my bills for no reason what so ever. Fan was not working in bathroom sofa needed replacing as they had stains on them.

Reasonable rates. Although WiFi crashes a lot, no hot water, and make sure the room is vacuumed before getting the room. Location is convenient though being near a metro bus station which is vital for travel.

We stayed here for a short stay before going to the airport (one night). The hotel was staff were helpful, good service and room was clean and tidy. One occasion water was cold but other times was ok. Only disappointment is the hotel let us down with our taxi booking and we were under pressure and nearly missed flight.
