Highly deceptive company. They will say anything so you agree. At the end, none of them are true. They lied stating plot has possession, and of final price. Then added 1% commission on top of the commission they already make. After purchase, all attempt to contact them they ignore. Stay away from them, and try to deal directly with owner. They will lie and say they are the owner. And never give deposit payment or downpayment until confirming all facts, no matter what reason they say.
