Albeit in a area which is neither Islamabad nor Rawalpindi, being self-contained, has most things youll need and being near Khanna, everything one needs is available close by.

A safe locality for families. Small but clean and vigilant security staff. Located in an area where you can easily find public transportation and other necessities of life.The only issue is that inside this community, just a single small shop is present which is not sufficient for people living there

The area is gated and safe, clean, and tidy. The apartments are clean as are the hallways. Its easily accessible from the highway too.

Went for a visit, the apartments from the inside have adequate space and are newly built, theres parking available with plenty of shade. Security is pretty good as well. Overall bachelors living in nearby areas should consider it.

Theyre quite affordable as well. Location is ideal for rush hour traffic. Off-peak hours, youre no more than 15 minutes from Islamabad.

Architecture is pretty decent, but lack amenities. There’s no gas in winters, electricity load shedding happens a lot, lights can go out for hours. There can be issues with your mobile signals at times. Management is cooperative. You can get a decent enough portion for the same rent in Bahria and DHA.
