It is location on prime location in saddar adamjee road and is owned by ministry of kashmir and gilgit baltistan affairs. It has many offices, shops, banquet hall, residential flats and parking facility inside. Plus on one side these is a historic building which is in poor condition, it should be restored.

I visited this place today. This is a very wide place for business. Lot of office, the place is not clean and no body available to look after the place. Stairs are amazing you may trap in side them.Like a maz. How ever i like this place.
