This is one of the best airports ever visited.The airport is very systematic, staff is very well trained and extremely helpful to all the passengers.All the necessary Covid precautions are taken by the entire crew of Airport.Extremely clean and neat. Very well maintained airport.Domestic as well as International both are truly amazing.The best part about the Airport is it’s infrastructure, the over all interiors of the airport is mind blowing!Simply Amazing! 5/5 Anytime.

Amazingly well designed place. The security and staff are amazing. Always ready to help you. The place is so clean that you could eat food off the floor. The washrooms are very very clean. The new law states you have to remove you belt also during the scanning check. So wear a decent pant or you know what might happen. Shopping is very expensive but window shopping with the right one would be amazing. The food is OK.... Average. The alcohol service and purchase is expensive. You have to walk a lot so take the carts and travel. Keep children near the windows and teach them about the planes. Good activity to keep them occupied. Cleanest and well maintained place. Loved the interiors, merge of modern and old is amazing.

This is the prime airport for all the western provinces of India. Perhaps, the fully fledged international airport and one of the busiest in the country. Recently, the airport is renovated with some exquisite architecture and modern facilities.The people who come here are moreover people who board flights and others who accompany them mostly to drop or receive the passenger. Average time spend here by people is 1.5 hours. Huge car parking facility is available here with pickup and drop points for private cab facilities as well. The security is very tight with armed forces and highly trained military staff. There is a dedicated food corner at the airport and also outside airport. You will find various well known food franchises inside the terminal.

Airport is very Beautiful. It is also very large and spacious with lots of shops. The interior Decoration is also very Beautiful. During the Covid crisis the authorities are following all the protocols properly but Most passengers are behaving very carelessly and not following social distancing. You should maintain your own social distancing if you go here because others are not.

One of the busiest airports in India, yet everything is so well managed and hassle-free. Even if you are a first time traveller, youll easily understand places to go and everything once you step in through the main gates. The staff is very polite and helpful.The interiors are amazing, great to sit back, relax and click pictures if you arrive before time for your flight. Theres a small game section for kids in the waiting area. The shops are amazing, the food outlets are great, the lounges are exceptional!!!One very important thing - the washrooms are really clean and hygienic. This definitely feels like one of Indias top and busiest airports!

New terminal building is spacious, comfortable, and well designed. There are several retail options and well as numerous good and beverage service outlets.Also, prayer rooms, baby care rooms, and taxi hailing are available.

Welcome to the gateway for the City of Dreams... While the citys status is a matter of opinion, the airport is a luxurious transit point. The decor isnt just breathtaking, it has a custom ethnic feel to it and transcends all spaces. The immigration check area is also larger than it used to be. The only setback I find is that the airport, like New Jersey, has too many levels that makes it difficult for people that are aged to navigate.

Maintenance is good. Huge commerical area inside the terminal building. You can get variety of stuff. Food court and boutique restaurants are also in the terminal building. All required facilities for passengers are available.

One of the best airport in the world...I travel on 22 Aug 2020 from this airport out if India...Due to covid situation this airport is seen without rush and it is necessary to arrive at the airport min 3 hrs earlier to have proper cheking.At departure, Dedicated boards are displayed for particular airline from 1 to 7. Those are dedicated for domestic flights.Gate 8 dedicated for all international flights.Before entering the airport, arrangement is made outside for all passengers to wait by following dedicated stiker marking on the floor.Decicated queue to be made for dedicated Airline flying international. Airline officer will verify travel documents and self medical form ( this form is available at the airport) and need to submitted in two copies...At the entry gate security will verify your passport and your self medical certificate...here you have to show this document by holding against the glass in front of the security officer while removing your face mask...Inside the airport, stiker markings are placed everywhere whil will help maintain social distancing.All of the duty free shops were closed including food court.Subway option is available outside, in front of the gate...It is mandatory to have surgical mask in order to enter the plan. No any other kind of maks is allowed.It is recommended to have face shield.In the plain with 2-4-2 sitting arrangementmaximum 1-2-1 sitting is allowed...Flight service is normal as before.RT PCR COVID-19 test is necessary for international traval ( may be the case for domestic travel as well).Drinking water facility available in the airport.While waiting at the gate, alternate seats are blocked in order to maintain social distancing... similar is the situation in the mens toilet.

Had been to T2 terminal for a flight. It was surreal experience. In corona times they have managed well. Social distancing is mandatory. Sanitizer is placed everywhere. Airport staff is supportive. Its easy to find places for first time traveller. Interior is very good. Lot of antique things from museum have been placed here. Announcements are made here. Overall its very spacious airport.

It is one of the best airports of India. The T2 is a modern terminal with all passenger amenities. The airport is maintained very well. It caters to both domestic and international passengers. The ambience is really good and gives a great feeling. The shopping complex has outlets of most of the well-known brands. The food courts also caters wide range of food. Its a good experience to take a flight from this airport.

Its too big and a little confusing but they have people around the airport to help you. The staff is well helpful and guides you through correctly. The airport is beautiful as well. The lounges, cafes and waiting area is good and comfortable.

This is a world-class airport without a doubt with all the facilities provided. However, I would definitely want to seek one improvement. Private people who come there to pickup their relatives just when they are coming out of the airport should have a way to do that without the need to park their cars. That saves both money and time for them. The boards that give directions should have this also. Rs. 250 parking charge for the act of park, pickup person who is already waiting and leave immediately (all of which completes in less than half an hour) is inappropriate.

A massive airport Ive ever seen till date. Indeed, a monumental construction. The maintenance is commendable and must watch space for travellers to explore the elegance. The airport has a diversity of shopping space and food options. I would love to reach early to sit back and relax.

From the times Ive travelled from/to here in 2014, 2016 and 2019 I can say, this airport really has been maintained well and has a true international feel to it. It has many Luxurious facilites for shopping, eating and many more.

The airport is so beautifully designed with classy interiors and bold exteriors.Infrastructure wise its 10 out of 10.One of the busiest airport in India.. It is very clean and hygienic and this was even maintained in covid situations . Hats off to the productive staff..........In short the biggest and busiest airport of India.Terminal 2 is one of the busiest..Highly Recommended..

Decent place.*Good place for people to sit in the park which is located right outside the airport.* Two restaurants (subway and another local restaurant) are available in the vicinity@subway 1chicken burger will cost you approximately 250Rs and @local restaurant a samosa will cost 50Rs.

One of the best airports in India. Approach road could have been made much better. At least at par with Hyderabad and Bangalore. Inside amenities deserves makeovers and bigger toilets. Indias financial capital requires a much better airport as Navi Mumbai airport seems to be a distant dream now.

This airport is huge and has a range of shops to shop from. The no. of eateries is also quite large, but it is comparable to the no. of eateries in the Bengaluru airport. There is a tiny botanical garden that has been built within the airport. I didnt understand the purpose of it, but it was green and cozy. The airport also offers an audio tour of the Jaya He New Museum built here, which is pretty captivating. You can easily kill 2-3 hours here shopping, eating, visiting the spa, visiting the lounge, listening to the audio tour of the museum, and visiting the garden for a few mins.

The facilities are reasonably well maintained during this pandemic. For the government part, I regret that bureaucrats call themselves administrators. The way the public is handled on all government counters is poor.

Its perhaps one of the beautiful and best equipped international airport. All the serving personnel at the airport are dedicated and trying their best to provide best of the services to the passengers. Some of the passengers are though uncivilized but the airport personnel are always attending the request of such passengers as well. Airport is fantastic but I think we Indians are still not disciplined enough to understand the values of such world class services.

Mumbai International Airport as always is very good in terms of ambiance and amenities. Due to the covid restrictions you will find hand sanitizers kept at regular intervals. Not much of social distancing though followed by passengers.

Its a great airport, beautiful and spacious but with passing months its only getting more chaotic and crowded. The levels cleanliness maintained earlier at the airport seem to be declining (specifically at washrooms). But all in all one of the best airports in India(Saying so after seeing at least 15airports in the country)

Architectural ly its beautiful In and Out, All of the services are segregated properly. During festivals they put up various installation in the waiting and the entrance area. Interior is beautifully done and the internal planning is well thought off. Lot of small shops are put inside.

Airport doesnt become best just because of nice infrastructure and big buildings. They mustgive services and values. Zero Information regarding COVID guidelines. Every person have different answers for a question. Neither airline have info regarding institutional qurantine nor the passengers who are travelling. Airlines are taking bookings from abroad just by saying home quarantine..hopeless things ever.

Probably the beat airport in India with the amount of flights land and take off and next to New Delhi alll the airlines in the world have a flight routes to Mumbai, high class luxury looking infrastructure , you would trip and fall on the ground because 90% of the time you would be looking above and around to admire the way they have designed and details with each sculpture placed , food stalls and restaurants are on huge numbers with different kinds of cuisine right from vegetarian cuisine, Indian cuisine to Italian cuisine ,,have tons of brand clothing shops and jewellery shops , always try to reach and get into the terminal ahead of time because it gets really crowded especially on the security checks and immigration check lines !! You would find the best aircraft land and take off on this airport even the biggest A380 touch down here, you mit find pigeon’s inside the terminal , the gates and the waiting hall along with each gates are designed well and are very spacious too,, with phone laptop charger point everywhere!!! Special mention the restroom are really cleaned well and maintained and during each year on every festival month they do justice for it right from decoration with the theme and offer al the way on the duty free,, since it is Christmas season now and they have started the decorations with Christmas tress and bells al the way !!

Beautiful will lite good food court duty free shops...kind and friendly staff...we fell asleep in on of the food court KQ staff at Maharaj airport found us and directed us to plane...half hour before take off..

Though the passenger footfall has reduced significantly the airport is back to normal with all precautions in place for Covid-19. The airport area is vast and we can see huge columns spiraling up high, across the terminal. The security checks are expedited atleast for domestic passengers with no long standing queue. Dedicated pickup point is available for Ola and Uber near the arrival area. Infrastructure and facilities are excellent according to Indian standards.There are four lounges in T2 and almost all popular fast food chain restaurants are available at the food court. Do check out the price before sipping a drink from any of the bar because the drinks are priced ridiculously high.

Due to Covid19 Terminal 1 (T1) Airport is non operational. So please dont confuse go directly to T2 International Airport.

Loved this biggie complex. It was quite clear n clean. Both for international and domestic flights.

The international airport in Mumbai or CSMIA for short is possibly the best airport in the world today. It is stunning in its sheer architectural presence and appearance. The ease of operations for a traveller is logical, easy and intuitive. A lot of the midnight oil was burned in ensuring that this airport remained contemporary and relevant in the decades to come. The security layers is impressive and the CISF does it job well. Changi was my favourite for its design and layout but this airport in Mumbai takes the award for being among the finest examples of engineering and professional excellence in the world.

Mumbai International Airport is one of my favourite International airports. Awesome ambiance ; varieties of shops for shopping; extremely friendly security and airline staff and wonderful joints for eating delicacies. Now post covid outbreak this is my first outing out of India and Mumbai International Airport stands tall in terms of following the norms of safety . Sanitizers being placed all around. Social distancing is specially taking care of. PPE is must for staff and passengers are being given face shields and guidances. Lets hope that COVID gets over soon and we come back to normal from The New Normal

Can arrive 4.5 hours before international flight departure time, security and immigration also was quick , took 5 mins each , they also do last minute drug swab tests at the gate before final boarding.

Very excellent interior design and exterior design with good atmosphere best experience to staying until my cab arrivals there was service providers for booking cab they handle me decently.the panic seconds was please dont carry metals or deodorant because securities were suddenly put it into the checking tray they will handle forcefully without any awareness that was not good to deal with peoples obviously please kindly notify restrictions because busy peoples dont had time to reach caught the gate should be kind with the passengers good enough.
