One of the oldest hospital in Mumbai. Childrens department is good. staff, nurses, and doctors very good. Hospital charges low as compared to other hospital.

It has been worsen hospital to admit anyone. Total chaos, nursing staff not having co-orodination with main doctor and hence there fore missing important doses. TPA department is like BMC office , You need to run behind them with file to get NoC and clearance from doctor , pharmacy so I am still wondering why they TPA department and why some one is paying them for nothing if we are putting all these partial efforts. I think someone should admit in this hospital if total south Mumbai hospitals are full and no beds are available, be ready for total frustration and disappointment.

This hospital can be used to make horror movies... I mean the entire hospital looks like a set for a horror movie... the old large wooden staircase, dimly lit bulbs, and the spider web covered paintings there is an entire human skeleton in a wooden-glass closet at the lobby...

Hi All,I am writing this review to rate the services of the hospital. Overall it is nice. However some of the staff is rude. Even though my wife was in obstetrics and gynaecology general ward, the staff was less helpful. Especially maushis who hardly did anything. Only after repeated reminders, the staff came to some assistance. And my wife was unnecessarily kept for 4 days. And they kept my child under blue light. They always scare you. They always ask you to get meds from pharmacy in the other building. anyways I would recommend saifee hospital as now there is hardly difference between rates of the 2 hospitals. Also during visiting hours only 2 people are being allowed. Saifee hospital allows all family members during visiting hours.

Pathetic service by the Billing dept...overcharging the patient...when the patient is discharged in the early morning still charging the bed charges...TPA people should be helpful rather than arrogant.. Delay in billing...

Hospitality is gud, but but there is no cleanliness in the compound area, mosquitoes OMG in the hospital premises, if mosquitoes will be there in a Hospital surroundings how can a patient gonna be get well, Nurses and Doctors are too gud and very helpful. And as they have changed the visting hours in Maternity Ward that is very disappointing felt very bad when i came to see my son who was jst born and i came late they didnt let me in coz i didnt had the PASS. There are no CCTV camera’s installed in the hospital premises. Security guards are like the Owner’s of the hospital very rude , i understand they are doing their duties. They dont let in anyone whatever the problem is without the PASS. I think this matter should be taken in consider about the Maternity Ward coz people comes from far and near to meet n greet their young ones and this kind of policy is very sarcastic.Will surely not gonna recommend anyone to get an admission in this hospital ever again.A very bad experience.

This is very expensive hospital. Apart from hefty medical bill, separate lump sum amount is charged cash as doctors consulting fees. I was looted when my relative was admitted in this hospital. I dont know why some comments say it is Low cost. They are misguiding.

This hospital is oldest but the service is not proper compare to other hospital, though the charge is less compare to other hospital. The hospital is very big, but there is no proper canteen or any food in and out of hospital. There is one medical inside the hospital itself.

This hospital is torturing nurses.not enough staffs..giving double duties frequently.management and matron blackmailing staffs with agreement letter.they wont accept resignation letter and they wont give experience letter.so anyone want to join this hospital.. please think twice..
