My far friend work at this place and he likes the environment and even i found the place to be good. Visit qnd check what you want to buy as they have many things to offer. The service is top notch and the sales guys are darn good in helping you out as per your recommendation.

Utterly non professional crew who doesnt give any respect to the customer.Last thursday (23:01:2020) i went to their shop in palladium mall, Mumbai, India and purchased items worth INR 5700+ which includes a pencil sharpener.While packing they forgot to keep that particular item in bag, to my bad luck i too didnt check the baggage.After reaching home, i found the mistake. I kept the bill with my self so that will be able to show this to the shop.I have made another visit to the same muji store in palladium on 27.01.2020 for purchasing some pens, i again purchased some items worth 1800+ again. While billing i said them that last time they didnt keep that mere RS 100 worth item in bag and shown them the previous bill. The person at the counter immediately billed for my new purchase and said that hee need to cross check his cctv recordings and i need to wat. He forgot the basic funda that a customer who purchased items worth 7500+ need not lie about a mere 100 worth item. Yet i waited, since that particular item was purchased for a kid. I waited more than 20-25 minutes infront their counter just like begger stand infront of some restaurant, after that i ask them again, i got a reply that they are still seeing that cctv footage. Then i said thats mere a100rs item, i purchased this much worth i tem. He replied that they have follow the procedure.I said, i dont need your 100 item and keep it with you and walked out from shop.The moment i crissed the door, i got a call from muji that they found the sharpener on table in the video. I beleive that they have lied to me, my previous billing procedure was mere a 5 minutes event and they took more than 25 minutes to analyse the video.As a customer i feel ashamed for going such a ethically cheep shop.Its quite unfortunate that a japanese company is cheating their customers for 100 rupees, even a street seller will be having much more self respect than you guys.

One can say this place as a premium version of Miniso. This place has amazing writing pens as well.

The clothes are generally organic cotton and simple styles but are on the pricier side. What is really good is the stationery, especially if you like the understated non flamboyant styles. Unfortunately they dont have small notebooks that are fountain pen friendly. The small kitchen things and storage items are great too. Super useful for home or small offices.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Being a avid traveller I often visit Muji stores globally but this store in the Palladium is absolutely dreadful! Firstly the staff are very incompetent, they cant even help you with simple quiries and have no product knowledge. Secondly they are liars; we have visited this store a few times since it opened and each time we ask if the offers are available to Muji promote on their website (India) and always the staff say there is no offers on. I just find this store to be very shady and I will NEVER return to this store. The staff are so rude as well that they leave you feeling very frustrated and saddened you even spent any money in this store. I will never return to the store and I will also think twice about going to any other Muji for that matter.

Pathetic customer service by front desk manager Ajeet. We picked a product and went to the billing counter for checkout. At the counter, Ajeet told us that the price tag was incorrectly put on the product, took the product away from us and quickly removed the bar code. We understand such things happen but he didnt even apologise and made us feel that it was our mistake. Japanese stores have opened in India but the culture and mannerism is yet to be successfully transferred onto the staff.

Reasonable place.

Extremely rude saleslady. Earlier today my son had gone to buy a diffuser, and asked her whether their diffuser could use essential oils. Instead of answering she sneered and said, Its for Rs 5000 and 6000. Can you buy?We walked out. No sense in giving business to shops like this.
