Probably the best customer service Ive ever come across. I initially ordered a JP70 which is a 7 string guitar because JP60 wasnt available anywhere. However after a few days I saw JP60 was back in stock. So, hesitatingly, I asked the customer service (Mr. Abhishek) whether theyre open to a replacement. To my surprise, my request for fulfilled, no questions asked! I had returned the JP70 with my own expense, but it was replaced by the JP60 very quickly.I would strongly recommend Bajaao, not only because of their good stock, but also their outstanding customer service!Thanks.

I bought a set of Cello Strings from them about a week ago. The A string snapped within 2 days of use. When I contacted the customer support, they refused to replace or even offer some sort of compensation or voucher. Very bad experience. Not so good experience when you live far away from their head office. I purchased an acoustic guitar - Vault ea20 from Bajaao. There was a fault in the guitar which being a beginner, I realised 2 months after purchase. After sending them a video description of the same, they agreed that its a fault and manufacturing defect. But heres the catch, they would ask you to send them the guitar back on your own, for which I would have to pay Rs. 2 - 2.5k living 1500km away, which is one-third the price of the guitar and this warranty process would take around 2months according to their policy. So, please buy from a local store if you live far away from Mumbai. If you live nearby, you can opt to buy online.

Im so disappointed with their service. I bought a processor which stopped working within the warranty period offered by the company. I mailed the product to their address, expecting a positive feedback. Days past and no one informed me about my product.Then I called them to lodge a complaint. This guy asks me to video call and shows me that my product is working fine. I told him repeatedly that its impossible but he said that it was working there. They sent me back the same faulty product. Absolutely terrible after sales service!

Bajaao is the best website in India for getting musical instruments and gear. Their products are competitively priced and they offer a good cashback points system. I have seen certain products like picks, guitar straps and other smaller accessories that arent available anywhere else but I was able to purchase them from Bajaao (For example the Tortex Jazz III XL picks). The Bajaao team are always available to answer questions over Whatsapp or Call and I have always received good suggestions from them which has helped me make the right purchase. If theres one thing that can be improved, it would be the website design. The website sometimes is a bit slow and it lags when trying to open a webpage.

Please spend a few extra thousand rupees and buy from a proper store instead of these frauds.They sent a product that didnt work, I had to send 3 emails and multiple phone calls to initiate the return of the product.Somehow managed to return the product (this was 20 days ago). They still havent started the refund process. God only knows if Ill ever get my money back

They sent me a premium guitar after 2 weeks, on the same day i had reported a crack after inspecting it.Theyve taken the package back but however the refund and getting through the process is very tedious.The after sales guys speak nicely to you and sometimes get things moving but only when you call them up.Mail replies often take a day or too that after a follow up over call.Ive was told that I someone from the product specialist team would get in touch with me for a replacement model, although Im on a call with them since 30mins, out of which 20 mins kept on hold still no response.They often fail to answer queries over mail, shout out to Tejas, Punit and all those guys. Beware!!!!!I ordered A scarlett solo bundle gen 2 and after 15 days there was no update in the locationof the product .So I Gave a call and got to know that the product was not in stock....... so pathetic!They said to order a newer version which was gen 3 and said I had to pay 3grand more???? I had purchased a Roland Drum Kit. It took them two weeks to deliver, understandably because of the lockdown. Thereafter there’s a defect that I pointed out three weeks ago. The employees, when you can actually reach them, are friendly and attempt to be helpful but however the problem is unresolved. Emails are unattended after several reminders. Lesson learnt - go to a physical store and test the equipment, don’t buy expensive equipment online.Update: keeping the original text as a reminder to myself and to others. Thanks to a persistent gentleman in the Bajaao team, I got a replacement for the three malfunctioning cymbals. It took them three and a half months to get it done but it got done! Thank you Tejas Rathod for turning around the perception of your company. Changed my rating from 2* to 5*.

The worst call support ever seen ordered a pack of string on the 07-08-2020 (pre payment) delivery date of 3-5 working days, I was ok, getting confirmation that the string will be dispatched on the 20 still I was ok, but today is 27-08-2020 when I try to call the team for support they tell me those string went out of stock on 26 I was like brilliant, now what can be done, bajaao customer care team( Ill pass this call to the team who can help you, same dialogue from 5 advisors, and what a lovely resolution ull get the refund within 10-15 days, I already waited half the month for the delivery now wait a whole month for delivery or refund, worst service. Stay away even if you get a big discount!Once you have placed the order, you will have to wait atleast a week just to get a tracking number and post that they will shift the entire onus on the courier company. The customer service doesnt understand what being courteous means and they will make it sound as if you are unnecessarily creating an issue by following up on your orders!!

Before you buy any product you get innumerous calls with tempted discounts, but as soon you buy one no follow ups , no requested call backs too. I had some issue with installation on day 1, called twice but I was told expert is not there and went for break, he will call me back and I am waiting for his call till now for about 2 months.PS: I did the installation though myself.

Studio Monitor speakers - PRE-SONUS - E-5 , I didnt like the black speakers so I chose to color them white instead (only the wooden case) but within a month of purchase one of the speakers blew off. And my warranty goes void just cause I had painted the exterior of the speaker to white. Hence it is tampering this warranty is void. Damn crazy I tell you . Beware of such clause at the time of purchase guys. Besides I had to re-pack it and personally carry it to the Bajaao office cause I didnt choose the premium option at the time of purchase and so bear the brunt add to that i had to Shell out an additional 6.5 k to repair the same through Bajaao as quited by THE INVENTORY - CHENNAI (the official PRE-SONUS repair centre) as the transmitter had to be imported and replaced etc. It was quite a blow for a month old PRE-SONUS - E-5 PRO-SPEAKERS . Well,I burnt my fingers in this process of back and forth. But have learnt to live it the hard way. So be it. Sad but true. Please be aware guys.But these guys are amazing bunch of people, honestly, I trusted the brand and took chance painting it to choose my decor and taste and paid for it dearly. Its of course not the paint that has leaked but the act of painting leads to tampering, hence the warranty turns void, it still hurts me to the core. But cest la vie. K

I had needed the person to guide me towards the selection of my first guitar. Though the answer was provided, other party was very crude and sounded unfriendly.

Monitors came packed with cpu power cable which means the package was opened before it got delivered. Horrible after sales service. Representatives promise to call you at a specific time and then dont. When you call back and ask them, they tell you that they had lot of calls. Repent my decision of ordering from them.

Bought an electric guitar hard case two weeks ago. Delivery was fast and well packed as usual but the product was delivered without a key and I couldnt open in. Been in touch with the after sales team from Bajaao, but neither do they take initiative to keep you posted nor do they make an effort to get in touch with you from their end. There were weekdays when they never even answered their phones nor replied to emails. They couldnt replace it as they didnt have another piece in stock and finally after almost two weeks have agreed to pick up the product.Wish Bajaao could take a little care when dispatching items especially when they are pre-paid for and offer at least half decent customer service for a mistake committed by them.Extremely disappointed!!

I ordered an electro acoustic classical guitar along with a styrofoam case. I received a guitar stand complimentary with the deal. The delivery date promised to me was 3 to 5 days from the date of order placement. I was a bit worried looking at the previous reviews about Bajaao, but they delivered the product within the promised time period. The products were very well packed and they ensured that there was enough bubble wraps inside the cardboard carton to protect the guitar. A great first time experience with Bajaao. Will definitely buy more stuff from here.

I bought an electric guitar on 23rd November. It was clearly mentioned that Ill be getting a gig bag with it. But the morons of bajaao didnt ship the bag with it. I have it on my confirmation email but not on the shipped mail. Whenever I call their number, its put on hold for infinity. Their helpdesk email is worst. A spam mailer will reply to you within 12 hours but Bajaao wont reply even after 24 hours.

The Sennheiser HD 203 studio stereo headphones are so pleasing due to the fabulous sound quality they provide. I aint an audiophile, but yet i love it when a pair of headphones like these indulge me into a different world of music. Although i cannot hear the surrounding sound, i feel that this is another plus point with them that they dont let the ambient sound to disturb me. These headphones being light in weight provide me with a cushioning effect that fits comfortably to my earcups, also the new headband design allows it to fit easily to varied sizes. And yeah the stylish matte silver and black design makes another reason for me to own it.

Absolutely horrible.After placing the order they dont have a facility to cancel it on their website.It took me calling them and following up for a period of 3 days to get an order cancelled since I wanted a better product, in the meanwhile the product had already shipped.With the new Casio Keyboard kit as a bday gift to my uncle, the product was delivered without a power adapter, but was clearly promised on the product page, another one month to send an adapter with numerous quarrels on phone since none of their customer representatives followup on anything(apparently?).I purchased from them in the earlier days of the Indian internet shopping age(2007-08) and their support was brilliant; too bad the website is now clunky compared to the likes of amazon et al, doesnt offer cancellations, usually has fake discounts, doesnt offer product tracking.If the order goes well you dont notice, but if something goes wrong, the customer support is absolutely abysmal, god help you.The only reason I preferred them was because of the warranties, but Id rather shop at furtados or any other local retailer with a bit more markup.
