Let me start with there ambience which was very nice and pleasant for eyes, good quite place and it’s not that crowded in area like Dadar. Now let come to there food, it was not that great if compared to price and felt quantity was also too less, but they had this punjabi taste and good hygiene.Staff was polite but didn’t find friendly with customer and felt business as usual. Overall one can try for ambience and to spend good quality time with family and friends.

Pritam Da Dhaba, at Dadar (East), has been part of food lovers life for many decades. Though it has gone through many changes in years, the quality of authentic Punjabi food has not changed in those transitions. The place is very close to Dadar Railway as well as Bus station. It is quite specious and ambiance is good. Pritam was very popular amongst the Bollywood stars in late fifties till around nineties. You can see the proof as you enter into the Dhaba, at the adjacent wall, in the form of various black and white photos. Its a treat just having a glance at this wall.As said earlier the food quality is good. But it felt that the management should add some variety now since many creative developments have been done in traditional Punjabi cuisine. Starters like Karari Roti and Paneer Gulgule are really tasty. Traditional Paneer Tikka Masala and Vegetable Kadhai are mouthwatering. Naan, Roti and Laccha Paratha are up to the mark. Daal Makhani at Pritam Da Dhaba is one of my favourites. In all, enjoyable food and simple service. The sure recommendation for food-lovers in Mumbai.Dr. Prasad Akolkar.

Gosht di Nihari was also average.Overall it was a decent experience.. An absolute disaster, I assumed that given its legacy, would serve decent meals/snack. Ordered for a chicken sandwich, was served normal bread whn I specified grilled, the chicken and mayonnaise was a disaster (road side stalls wud serve better) ,an extremely small potion. Coffee was unremarkable and the tea was not worth a mention. Was hit with a bill of Rs. 1000 for 2 with the waiter insisting that I see the tip on the credit card machine before I proceeded. Suprising that they had the audacity to ask for a tip for such bad food. Please avoid getting robbed

Food - 9/10Service - 10/10Ambiance - 9/10VFM - 8/10What stands out - The Dhaba experienceThis place is one of my favourites and I have been coming here for quite some time. They have recently renovated their seating giving it a lot more comfortable dining experiance. Who can say no to traditional punjabi dhaba food? Came here with a friend on a weeknight for dinner and the place was pretty full. The restaurant is very large with multiple seating. They have a very large section which is open and has a typical dhaba feel to it. They have at least two other closed airconditioned space for a more comfortable experience. We sat in the newly renovated AC section and had a wonderful experience. The tables are very comfortable and quite spacious. Portion size for each dish is satisfactory. They have some amazing indian appetizers. Definitely try chowkwali aloo tikki. The chhole served with the tikkis is just amazing and goes so well with the tikkis. We called for the following dishes1. Paneer Tikka masala (appetizer) - 8/102. Chowkwali Aloo Tikki (appetizer) - 10/103. Paneer Makhni (mains) - 8/104. Paneer Elaichi Korma (mains) - 7/105. Lasooni Palak (mains) - 10/106. Dal Makhni - 10/107. Pyaz Dahi ki Bhindi (mains) - 8/108. Peru ka chaska (mocktail) - 9/109. Lassi - 9/1010. Shahi Tukda (dessert) - 10/1011. Kullad ki Phirni - 10/10All in all we had a wonderful experience. Strongly reccommended place for dhaba style north Indian food

I have been visiting Pritam da Dhaba since 2010 and was never disappointed.I have been regularly ordering Chicken Tikka and Chicken Makhmali Chhap for starters as these dishes are always cooked to perfection and taste juicy and delicious. For Main Course I keep switching between Chicken Rahra, Paneer Tava, Chicken Butter Masala or Paneer Butter Masala with Lacchedar Paratha or Rumali Roti.Recently they have renovated and also introduced some new dishes but have kept their signature dishes in the menu. They have also introduced the concept of mini main course for groups of small people who want more variety but can’t eat more because there are not enough people. They have also increased their prices on the menu.I have not given them 5/5 because they do not provide delivery via Swiggy.Pictures uploaded in the review are from my visit back in Q3 2017.

Pritam Restaurant, a place often resonated with Dadars old dhabha .And now its revamped. The ac section is all poise with subtle lights, marble tables and all.I was hoping that the taste of the food doesnt change. And it didnt. They have new additions too.I had the galouti Kebab . I know its non vegetarians favorite . But even the vegetarian was outstanding . It was soft and succulent.Next up I had paneer tikka . I would call it staple and simple .The food is just so simple and authentic and thats the best part.I had lassi to go with which was good. Then had masala Papad where they have used feta as incorporation. For main course, had paneer makhanwala, dal Makhani and garlic naan . Simple wholesome food. And desserts were gulab jaamun, Kulfi Rabdi . Both were simple Delish .So overall the place is good for a family outing to gorge onto authentic punjabi food

Pritam da dhaba is one of the famous eatery in the dadar area. Being such a big place they had waiting. Visited here with my family yesterday and we waited for complete 15minutes. They serve One of the best tandooris cooked well and juicy flesh. Bhuna Ghosh was also exactly as I wanted mutton was perfectly cooked and the gravy was finger-licking. Rahra chicken was brought parcel for my brother which was also wondering and also palatable. Makkai roti and tandoori roti was small in size. The price are high as compared to the quantity. We ended our dinner with masala chaas as my mum is fan of buttermilk. It was perfect to end the day. Very refreshing!
