Experience has been pathetic. I had paid the booking amount. They kept me waiting for two months. Now they say that car is not available for this year. However, I enquired from other dealers, they have stock available. Do not trust their sales person. They allot the car to those customer who are willing to pay higher rates.

We purchased ford endeavour from Bhavna Ford on 30th June 2020. Due to lockdown we couldnt use it much and then one day when we took it out for a ride, its wipers stopped working. After taking this issue to them they sent us to their workshop where we waited for the entire day.They opened up the new vehicle fully and couldnt figure out the issue. In the process, they created other issues in the vehicle, which made it impossible to drive. When vehicle was started it would throttle and steering would become hard. Its been over a week and the 40 lakh + worth vehicle is rotting at their workshop.A defective piece was sold to us and when we asked for them to provide us with a replacement, they are turning us down and passing the ball.It is unfortunate to see such a response from Ford and Bhavna ford dealership when they claim to sell a premium product.Now we are stuck paying EMI for this expensive vehicle in such a difficult time and getting no support from the Ford team. We have asked them to share with us emails and contacts of senior ford officials but they continued to shut us down.Cases like ours define a companys commitment to their customers and we are disappointed in what we have seen.

I had very very horrifying experience with Bhavna Ford Service Turbhe. My car had met with an accident and given to repair in first week of March. The service advisor assigned would not proactively call and update me on the status of the car. I had escalated couple of times to Ford cust mail but that helped to improve the situation a little. Poor progress made on the car in over 5 months( lock down time but majorly delays were at the Service center end), no clarity on claim process and amount that I owe estimates, parts changed which went under dispute with insurance company adding to delay of over a month, and now after delivery I realised in the bill that there are headlights and fog lights changed and charged to my bill however the car still has the old headlights and fog lamps. 3M cleaning charged to my bill of around Rs 1000+ , however the car was super dirty and filthy. I strongly recommend not to take services of Bhavna Ford Turbhe

I am amending my earlier review regarding my experience after delivery. Although my initial experience was good, they took my faith for granted. I purchased ES top model S. During delivery I noticed S monogram is missing. On enquiry sales executive ( Mr Sunil Bhosle) told me company discontinued it. In good faith I accepted. Whereas it was not true. When I realised it now, I again raised this with them. But surprisingly they are answer was it was there during delivery time. Now I doubt they mischievously changed complete damaged door or repainted door. Response of their customer care lady, Ms Anita is we need to handle so many customers and dont have time to attend only my concern. It shows once vehicle is sold, customer is their slave and under their mercy. Is anybody from Bhavna listening? I hope so. Any way complaint in this regard is pending with Ford. I expect Ford will probe this issue impertialy. If Bhavna is serious to restore my faith with them, they can still do that by proving that they delivered me genuine top model ecosport titanium S . Lets see.what action they take.

Paid service, engine, break, oils, battery etc service done properly. But car was not cleaning from inside as it’s paid service. All stains not removed from music system panel, left hand side front seat & left hand side rear door handle. I took car in the evening there was not enough lights so can’t able to check

After buying fort endeavour there was many problems l faced and the company never gives any response and the service is too slow and because of them l am stuck at unknown place with my family.

This is dr Vipin , I bought Ford ecosport 1.5 l titanium petrol AT in June 2019. I was very fond of ecosport. Unfortunately the mileage is less as they told me it will give you 9-10 kmpl in cityand 12-14kmpl on highways or more after oil change (second service), that’s ok but I didn’t get mileage more than 7kmpl.Second service has been done but the current mileage in city is 7-8kmpl and up to 10kmpl on highways. It’s a big punch on my pocketSecond issue is cabin noise which is very irritating, I ve complained many times in bhavna ford but every time they reassure you but don’t do anything, they don’t bother your complaintsNow I m totally frustrated with this vehicle and bhavna ford it’s just waste of MoneyThink before buy this vehicle specially from “BHAVNA FORD”Thank you
