Its one of the most professional and smoothest experiences I ever came across, the amount of clarity, responsibility and sincerity the staff of Autobahn Kia Andheri is definitely above all other competing peers.The most commendable thing is the joyful reception of the staff, I got my car delivered in the promised time and especially Mr. Abhay Thakkar, KEC, has been one of the most helpful person who was always just a call away for all the doubts and clarifications. Showroom services are almost same like other cars showroom .. About delivery which was delayed by almost one & half month with no proper reason of delay (however always gave response by Mr Mustak) but one person If I am not mistaken the spelling “Mr Avesh Shaikh“ (sales manager) was amazing during the whole process. When Mr Avesh came in picture, he was the person who was giving me proper information & reason of delay... He assisted us from helping me to going all the way to choose right type accessories to fit my car to delivery, always polite, friendly and having thorough technical & commercial knowledge.. Also online customer services are excellent and takes immediate action. I would highly recommend Mr Avesh & Autobanh dealership, Andheri to anyone that wants to buy a quality vehicle & services..

Just wanted to share the wonderful experience I had for KIA Seltos 1st servicing.Right from follow up call to pickup.Use of technology to take pictures as evidences and provide the lifecycle update vide SMS links from pick up to servicing to final drop.Its just makes the experience so wonderful.Thank you to KIA team.The vehicle delivery experience is always Grand. But treating the servicing experience similarly is phenomenal.Great. Take a bow guys.

Gave 2 test drive. They are nice people.

Unprofessional and Bad service, I had booked a test drive for 22nd Oct, 2020 for 8:00pm. I kept waiting till 9:00pm and I dint receive any calls, After I called them back they told me they wont be able to make it and said they would provide me the test drive next day(23rd Oct) by 1:00pm. Again received no call or intimation. I just wasted 2 days just to get a test drive.Disappointed with the service. If you cant provide test drive please stop taking test drive bookings so that people can go to other dealers for the service.Now I have decided that I would rather buy my car from another dealer which is further away from me than waste anymore time dealing with this level of unprofessionalism.

Bad and judgemental customer service.I have visited twice for sonet and doesnt seem like they wanted to sell. Didnt find staff was trained and educated enough about their product.

Nad been their showroom on sat overcrowded , with no staff to explain.One who came after some time had very little knowledge about the vehicle details and would repeat only which is there in brochure.Test drive vehicle not there and have been asking for test drive but with no response.Its more difficult to have test drives than owning the car.

The sales team could be better and no options available for the car for different models. Just 1 car of each available

Worst after sales service

The showroom is excellent. However, some models of the Kia Seltos were not available for demo view. The staff is courteous. A considerable car for early 2020.

The staff here have deep knowledge about the product they are selling, test drive available at home but on weekdays and not on weekends, active staff, all facilities available, clean washroom, tea coffee service available.

I would suggest think before buying any KIA car from this showroom. Ive got my Seltos delivery on 16/02/20 with registration number MH03DG8185. KIA takes mandatory amount in advance for accessories package which I also gave. When I took delivery of my car, nobody explained me what accessories provided neither they gave me invoice for the amount charged. On next day when I noticed that, I called sales guy Shantanu about same and he said some accessories fitted and some are pending. Still I am waiting to get pending things and invoice even after 17 days passed. This is sheer non professional attitude and dont know how KIA appoints their dealers. I strongly urge everyone to think twice before booking any vehicle with this showroom.

This Kia dealerships location is spot on and you even get parking space for you own vehicle no need to worry about leaving your car on road unattended. Moving on the staff is well trained, polite and even well dressed we were attended by Mr Yameen and he took us through diff models of seltos very nicely and gave detailed explanation on every model and suggested a couple of variants based on our requirements. Def a thumbs up from me!

Great Customer Service.

Good friendly staff. The only glitch and something the dealership should look at is that they only have the top end model on display and the GT series for test drive. They should keep atleast one lower model since the engines, accessories and design, both external and interior are different.

They are not bothered to update on status of delivery of car...not attending calls...worst experience ..

Lukewarm response to customer inquiry. Looks like KIA is living in wonderland. May be today they are selling their newly launched model, Seltos and hence they may be in little Monopoly position, but I can state that bad salesmanship can kill good product very well. Today choice is unlimited and KIA will realize it soon

Previously a Ford Showroom, Kia Autobahn is also called Kavish Automobiles. Located bang in the middle of the T-junction of Chandivali which makes it a tad difficult to access or manoeuvre around. But the Showroom itself is top notch with professional personals.

As of 15th august the place is still getting set up, however its a pleasant place to be with lots of space and snacks for kids. Had gone to check seltos, good car for city, but lots of unknowns.

Worst delivery service. They are misleading the customers. I have cancelled my order after 5 months as they are failed to deliver the vehicle. Every month they were given another expected delivery date.
