This under pass is mainly an Inter change that connects the Canal Bank Road from Thokar Niaz Baig to Mughalpura, the famous Thandi Sadak or the Aitchison College Road, Allama Iqbal Road from Railway Station to Lahore cantonment. It is joined by a side road connecting the Mian Mir Colony. The most famous Lala Book Depot is also in this vicinity.
