Worst courier service I have ever used. They neither understand the meaning of commitment nor customer service. Package took 5 days to reach from Lahore to Rawalpindi. They charge extremely high and then we get this kind of service. Constant customer followup is required. Deliveries get delayed because of weather. There is no weather proofing.

Got quick service here. The only confusion is that Lahore Region and perhaps the head office are in close proximity. If one is not sure, It becomes difficult to decide, which one is the destination. I found it difficult to locate as I put head office location on Google Map while my parcel was in Lahore region office. Ended up asking address from many people before reaching this office.

It is nice place to visit but there is week enforcemet of SOPs for Covid 19

One of the special things about it is that it has all the common and special provisions in it. It is a great process. It does not need any more advice. It is working well. We will definitely give it if we feel the need.

Got scammed from karachi online seller from instagram. He blocked us from all phone numbers after i pay to delivery man. The parcel came through leopards so I went to leopards office and told them what happened to me and they filed my complaint and told me to take your money back after a week. And also they said they will complain about that seller to karachi and will block his accounts. I am satisfied my money didn’t go to that scammer.Note: YOU HAVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS WITHIN TWO DAYS OR ELSE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Also NEVER PAY for parcel before checking it.Thanks

Not A Good Experience For Sending Liquids. Always Delayed. Sent Twice at different times but gets damaged. No Claims No Refunds For Liquids.Leopards definitely needs to improve their liquid handling through staff trainings in handling.Better to avoid liquids Through leopards. Rest of the Services are Great, Timely & Staff is Friendly

Good service. Im a seller and working with Leopard Courier on COD basis since theyre the only service who takes food items. Sent a parcel on a wrong address. The officials really helped me track the parcel and I was able to get the parcel from their head office.

Such a low class service. No customer service. Never book urgent items through them. I booked cakes for Eid. ETA was 48 hours. They did not deliver even after 4 days. Helpline not responding. Hopefully theyll deliver after Eid.

The staff was very nice to me. They were professional & precise. Nice environment. Why I went there? To return a Fraud fake product I ordered online. See some online company scammed me & sent me a fake thing. I ordered a smartwatch & I received a dummy watch which did nothing. It was a toy. I lodged a complain online. After 8 days I was told to take the fake stuff with me to the Head office and then get my money back. It was awesome. I thought they would keep hauling it with dumb questions & paperwork but no. They saw my email. Asked for some ID. Took the fake toy watch & returned me my 6K.A very happy and satisfied customer.P.s. They let me use the staff washroom which was very clean and offered me Coffee afterwards.
