Pathetic. The Pakistani staff is rude, ill mannered and devoid of basic norms. They were not wearing masks while telling others to do. However, the Turkish employee was very polite and professional. AVOID THIS AIRLINE IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND.
Job done, but the service was not good. Rude staff member, you have to talk to them properly fro them to give respect.
Avoid this airline if u dont want to be robbed. Poor customer care.Booking of my son to JFK was cancelled by airline due to COVID. He was told that he will automatically get the refund in his credit card account, once the normal flight operation resumes. He, therefore, left for US through Emirates and remained in contact though mail and telephone with one Mr. Matti. Once the airline operations started, I visited their Office and to my astonishment I was told by the staff that my son has to come back from USA and visit their office personally in order to collect the refund (and as per them that was the only option).While in their office, I saw the worst customer care. I was feeling as I am pleading my case for refund at a minor railway station of a branch line in Balochistan. There were 4 to 5 guys loitering around, cracking jokes and busy in their tea break. Outside the office, there was a long queue of customers as in the garb of COVID they would allow only one individual inside (though there were multiple desks available). Have never experienced a non professional approach of this nature. This office needs a complete attitude & environment overhaul. There is a requirement to run crash courses by Turkish Airlinr to train the staff of this office to be curtious to the customers.Could not find ZERO, therefore, am giving One Star.
The only office is located inside Lahore Airport building.Not easy access, location needs change.

It is only Turkish airlines office situated on first floor concors hall at airport .timing 9am to 0530 pm only Saturday and Sunday are off days.Staff is highly cooperative and helpful

I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the aircraft, staff, in flight entertainment, food, etc... all top notch! especially the leg room, which was better than Etihad for sure.Good work! keep it up!

I was returning to Delhi from Geneva along with my wife and two kids through Turkish airlines on 02 June 2019. My experience was bittersweet and I would like to share. Our flight was to start from Geneva at 3 pm. We were staying far from Geneva so we got up early and reached Geneva airport by 11:30 am (Thanks to the efficient and punctual Swiz trains). At Geneva airport we were the first in line for checking in baggage. We had already checked in and got our seats 24 hrs before. But we were shocked to know that the flight has not yet taken off from Istanbul so it was going to be late and we might miss the connecting flight from Istanbul to Delhi. So the officer told us to wait and contact Turkish airlines desk and we will be checked in later. So started our desk hopping! Turkish airlines staff was polite and told us that flight will be delayed and we were allowed to check in. So we were checked in again by the officer and we were allotted new seats. We were told specifically that our seats are in the front so that we could alight fast. Somehow this information was not passed on to the flight attendants. Finally we boarded our flight. Flight experience was excellent. All the staff was polite and well mannered. Seats were clean and food was great. There were hard drinks too. Somehow flight was empty. Only few seats were occupied. This made us contemplate that Turkish airlines might have thought of adjusting us in some other flight leading to delay. Anyway our flight experience was really good except for the fact that there was no announcement for passengers with connecting flight from Istanbul to Delhi, which is a norm. Finally we reached Istanbul. At Istanbul airport the plane landed in time but continued to taxi for about 15 minutes which made us really uncomfortable. When we alighted at the airport there were still few minutes and final call was being announced for the Delhi flight. We thought luck is with us. We started running like hell for Gate A. There was no travellator or vehicles that could carry passengers there. This hurted me a lot. The flight to Delhi was also Turkish airways and they could have easily waited for few minutes as they must be knowing that passengers are coming from Geneva. I ran with my wife and 2 kids and it took me more than 15 minutes of that when we finally reached Gate A. There I was told that the flight has already departed. It felt really bad. We were told to go to some desk. There we were shown another desk, then another and another. Nobody was telling exactly what would happen to us. But the staff was polite and looked tired. That was during Ramzan so they must be tired. There was language issue too. They did not understood English well. We were issued new boarding passes for the next day flight and we were told to visit another desk (we didn’t knew for what). At that desk two youngsters were sitting and they told us to get E-Visas. They were wearing Airport vests. They told us to fill the online form ourselves. They were eating packed food too. So they must be breaking the Ramzan fast. We said fine and started filling the form. As we were four members it was taking a lot of time. As I finished filling one form the desk officials of Turkish Airlines arrived and looked at us as if we were intruding in their work. So we got up and handed the computer to them. Even we wanted someone to do that for us. While he started filling our form he told us that they had gone for prayer and breaking the fast and it was fine for us. Another Turkish airlines officer arrived at that time and seemed surprised after watching empty packed food plates. He took the plates in one hand and talked to us in some other language while staring at us. It was as if we had finished them and littered the plated there. It was really embarrassing. As our forms were filled we were told to pay 43 US dollars fees per person through Card. We were not aware of it but what choice we had? He did told us politely that we could reimburse it later. After returning back I got full refund. Their Customer care is great.

Istanbul to Lahore/Islamabad/ Karachi operated by A330-333 Business class with reclining seats & thats really a nightmare.I suggest Turkish Airlines to review and change plane configurations with Flat Bed so people can take rest upon going & come back to Istanbul.

Poor experience to travel in turkish Airline. Delayed flights is a routine. They also dont intimate the passangers about any change in time. Passangers alongwith families pass through a tough time in waiting at the Airports. Will not try again this Airline, Sorry.

Absolute crap airline and service. On our way to Pakistan our flight was delayed. We were told it was due to weather but other flights landed the same time we were to land. A hotel was provided but we had to pay visa charges. I missed the wedding we were coming to attend. Now trying to go back to USA flight was canceled again because it never made it here from Turkey. I am honestly fearful of getting on a Turkish airline plane.. only God knows how much else well be rerouted before I get home. I have a feeling they cancel half empty flights and wait until the next day to fill up flights. Never again. Fingers crossed and hoping I get home safe and sound.

A month agoOne of the worst airports for a large city. Its crowded and outdated. It took a long time to come in as each car was inspected by security. You then pass through an initial baggage scan. Then check in counters are cluttered in one row, right beside immigration. Lines are slow and people keep performing redundant work.I was scammed by an employee who sped me through the initial baggage scan. He asked for tip which I refused, he was insisted so I paid him something small. It wasnt about the money but the principle in this case. I did not ask for the speedy assist. I was pretty tired to figure things out at 1 am. Be careful as Pakistan gets more tourists, Im just worried itll get worse, despite the fact that most locals are honest and love tourists. Drag down to dismissImmigration and security was quick but thats it. No air conditioning unless you pay and rest in CIP lounge, rude porters who demand dollar despite U.S. going plastic/cashless for younger generation, no matter how much you tip in rupees they still want dollars even if you tip less in USD. I dont expect world class shopping or amenities but basics.There is no place in departure lounge to charge your mobile phone... Power sockets are available and so is a large charging station, but the power supply is out.

The service is terrible and Istanbol airport is worse. I will suggest to not use it. Flight delays and missing a flight is a habit for them and they dont give a damn about passengers. I really suffered last time and the worse thing is their rude bahaviour. Customer service is below zero
Pathetic Customer Services by Turkish Airline.One of my customer traveled to London via Istanbul on Turkish airline in Dec, her flight was cancelled in Lahore and onward connection was missed. She got the alternate on next day but onward flight from Istanbul to London was also after one day. She was asked to pay transit visa charges and hotel charges. Upon arrival she was assured that visa fees will be returned, but till today she has been visiting Turkish office Lahore and no assistance is provided.

Terrible customer service. Missed our flight because Turkish Air staff and immigration misread my wifes documentation and claimed it was expired. Then we were forced to pay $1300 in fees to reissue our tickets after spending an extra week fighting with immigration and Turkish Air staff.
