Experience is fantastic. Staff is very kind and response is quick. Office completely follow the Covid 19 protocols and entertain the customers on priority. Only issue is with car parking which is about to zero and tough to park car in rush hours or in morning time.

They are not helping passengers from Pakistan to apply for return permit im order to go back to Dubai.

This is an extremely customer friendly office. First, it has a perfect location away from crowded areas, has four help desks with four extremely competent, courteous and professional staff. Very neat office with first come first service. The wait is seldom more than ten minutes.The staff never hurries through your request and invests time with smiling patience while you make up your mind. They have always given best deals to me and my family. Highly recommended.
