Daewoo express Kalma chowk is easily excess able from both ferozpur road and metro bus which can save you from hassle of rush and fatigue of Thokar Niaz Baig. Terminal is waste and have open space near Kalma Chowk. It has car parking space and mosque. Passenger waiting area is not very specious but clean and had air condition but the most important it has wheel chair accessibility which is very important for special/handicap accessibility. Restrooms are not very clean but enough to use obviously what you can expect. It has a tuck shop with basic needs items like water cold drinks and mobile phone balance recharge cards etc. This terminal has a taxi booth call a cab where you can call a taxi.

Its although small but comfortable bus stations.. But if u are planning to travel to Isb from here, remember, all the buses will go to thokar first and then will hit for motorway to Islamabad..

Faisal movers bus condition are better daewoo also high fare with no comfort service ...

I travelled Rawlpindi to Lahore WIFi is poor sometime working sometime not you can not charge phone may be low voltage no touch screen available i got a broken seat then they exchange me with last seat that was pathetic,food stuff only chips & biscuit shahi mewa , only positive thing was hostess she was cooperative & smiling face

Extremely bad services, I have booked some goods from Karachi 10 days before which are containing 6 boxes and only 3 of them have reached on its destination rest are on the way from Rawalpindi to G8 Islamabad since 7 days. My request for all to avoid Daewoo Fastex and look for alternative service providers.

Perfect Bus terminal. With all facilities for a passenger to dream of. I give 5 stars not just because of facilities but the service, cleanliness and maintenance of the fixture in the hall and rest of the facilities.

I Had a ticket from Multan to Lahore. Provides not so bad service. Vehicles are not that good in price they are offering the tickets. No lcds, no charging port. Just a light refreshment. If you are looking for a nice journey, not recommended with the vehicles without charging port and lcds.

Daewoo has lost the competitive edge. They enjoyed monopoly for many years but no more. They refused to adapt. Their staff on phone is not trained well. Today I called on Lahore UAN at 1110. The guy on phone asked irrelevant questions and showed very very unwelcoming and cold attitude. Good Bye Daewoo. I will prefer Faisal movers now

Daewoo has been an icon for road travel over about two decades in Pakistan. They used to provide exceptional travel assistance for almost a decade but the service quality has gradually come down over past few years. A lot of their buses operating at smaller routes are not well maintained. Though the Gold Class buses operating at Lahore - Rawalpindi - Lahore are practically state of the art and provide a well managed travel experience. From this particular terminus located at Kalma Chowk Lahore, Daewoo operates for Rawalpindi and Multan only and buses commute via motorways for both of these routes.

Traveled in Daewoo & Niazi both & witnessed almost same service by Niazi at half the ticket cost!

Worst daewoo experience ever. Travelled from lhr to khi and highly disappointed with the standard of the service which has gone down to the lowest level. The bus was very old, uncomfortable, the seats were broken and untidy. As much I was looking forward to it, I totally regret not taking a train instead. After years of loyalty to the service I am never going to use this service again

Though they have shifted to Main bus terminal and this one is not operations as before. But still they have arranged a shuttle service which picks up passengers from this terminal drops at main terminal and vice versa. They issue tickets and offer advance bookings as well from this terminal. This terminal is operation for Cargo booking as well. People who are still willing to use this terminal for travelling, Daewoo will facilitate them.

I used to think that Daewoo was a good bus service. I have changed my mind. Not that my opinion matters much to you bcz one customer wont make or break daewoo, nor your opinion matters much to me either becauze there are a lot of other buses. But when you call center staff is incompetence, and despite issuing five times booking numbers pindi-lhr, after wasting customer, for payment, in the end you say credit card payment system under maintenance, which is happening over three months. I have your Miles card. Dont tell lies, say the truth that you dont want debit/credit cards and delete it from your payment as you may be having illicit relations with easypaisa, jaz etc. which facility unavailable in my forest area for miles and miles. Dont antagonise passengers.

We travelled from Lahore to Rawalpindi on gold class.Driving was smooth, safe and superb, and staff was congenial. Seats were great.But entertainment systems were not working and we were continuously disturbed by ghrr ghrr noise because sun roof window lid was loose.Overall it was very good experience.

I travelled from Lahore to Rawalpindi using gold class bus. The staff was extremely professional and well trained. They were also very competent and did not waste time between breaks in the travel, only allowing 15 mins of break. The sofas seats were very spacious and there was more than adequate leg room. They have a USB port to charge your devices. You can also watch movies as they have a TV and you get separate headphones to watch the movie. However, the bus did not have internet access. Yes, it did have WiFi but no internet for the whole trip. Please fix your WiFi on the bus because the gold class isnt worth 1880 rupees when there is no wifi. Overall, the experience was good.

Great Cargo service all over Pakistan. All packages are delivered in time; which is very impressive. Even they delivered packages in same day. Booking counters are well furnished. Great customer service. Online courier package tracking application saves our time as well and provide us facility to track current location of the package and status of delivery.

Daewoo has resumed its services from Kalma chowk Lahore (apparently the station had moved from Kalma chowk to another location but it is back now).Passenger area has a snack shop and also has decent air con. They DONT accept cards and the nearest ATM is a good 10 minute walk!We took a coach from Kalma chowk to Rawalpindi. It makes a brief stop after leaving Kalma chowk at Lahore Thokar (I think) and then stops at services (after about 2 hours in to the journey) before arriving at the destination!

Constantly dropping bus without notices, rates more than Faisal movers, travel time an hour longer, leg space is less compared to Faisal too.I have been travelling twice monthly for last 8 years....Faisal has surpassed Daewoo in Islamabad and Lahore and Multan

Lahore Daewoo Terminal is beautiful though much older now. Sitting arrangements are good. Still there need to be renovation and up gradation. In Premium Plus the service and Buses are not exceptional at all. The seats are wide and comfy for a long trip. Drinks were served at room temperature. Entertainment system is old and its very common if it fails to work. Cleanliness is not impressive with visible layers of dirt on all leather seats and overhead console. On the plus side the bus arrives and departes on time.

My bus departure [DGK-LHR] was on 11:45 pm now its 2:13 am and i am still waiting for my bus and call center representative said bus will reach on 3:00 am and further talk to branch manager. but their is no show. branch manager is like they are helpless.complaint numbers are also not responding.My point is why should we wait a whole night for their poor time management.i have no one to ask for help to sort out our problem.This is how daewoo serve us. we dont expect this form Daewoo.

Service is not up to the mark. During my visit to Sialkot when asked abt Internet it was informed by Hostess that our internet device is out of balance. Really un-professional answer. I think Bilal Travel is becoming best alternative of Daewoo
