Assalam o Alikum kindly review about cars which has all complete documents accept auction sheet becoz now a days all dealers are saying that invoices and all other documents is necessary auction sheet is not necessary because majority of cars are imported personally so thats why no need for auction sheet kindly make the review on that JazaKALLAH

If people find this a nice and reasonable establishment to do business with, I am happy for them. For me, however, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. About 3-4 days before Eid I placed an order for 2 cans of brake caliper paint costing Rs. 850 each for a total of Rs. 1700. After about 24 hours I get a call from a Ms. Fauzia confirming the Cash on Delivery order and informing me that it would be delivered after Eid.A Few Days after Eid My Domestic Helper Gave Me the Package And Informed Me That He Had paid the money for this package. Upon opening it I found only one can instead of two. Tried calling them several times but nobody would pick up the phone. Then I got the cell number of a gentleman from Islamabad office who gave me the number of Ms. Fauzia. Left text messages for her and called her mobile phone as well but no reply. Then I had a brain wave, I placed another web order and guess what, Ms. Fauzia give me a call less than 24 hours later. I seized the opportunity and told her that they either need to give me another can of the brake caliper paint or refund my money. She told me that it would be done in a matter of days. A week passed and no shipment or word from Ms. Fauzia. Then I called up the office again and an operator picked up the phone. He told me that they are urgently processing it and it is going to be on its way soon. That was 3 days ago and I have not heard from them since.It is unfortunate that in our country there is no such thing as a Better Business Bureau or a Department of Consumer Protection like developed countries that can hold rogue businesses like Pakwheel.com accountable. I have taken it upon myself to teach them a lesson legally which I will. Absolutely pitiful and disgusting service!!!
