They did not have Lcd panel for my P20 phone. They said it is not available in Pakistan. I got it for 4,000 Rupees in Lahore and paid 500 to get it installed.Note: This review is about Huawei Customer Care Center, Faisalabad

Huawei customer service centre is well maintained facility. They have a lot of information online about parta prices and also offered me quick service when I needes it.But after announcing an offer to give discount on repairs charges they increased spare parts prices almost by same price of labour charges for repairs.

Visited recently to replace battery. They have very cooperative and professional staff. My problem was resolved in two hours. I really liked how they are following SOPs in this pandemic. Highly recommended. Keep it up.

Good on technical side, its not actually a repair place they just replace parts. Customer service is very poor and I spent 45 min on average in submitting phone and same time at collection.

Nice Experience as they have facility to serve free coffee or Tea... And my phone also got repaired originally from there...I also got to know that they have Home Delivery facility for phone repairing... They pickup phone from home and after repair they give back at home...

I bought a new Huawei phone y7 prime a month ago. But after 1 week my phone started working abnormal. So my husband give it for repair at Huawei service center. They said mother board has to be replace. N expected delivery date was given as 8 June. But today till date my phone is not still repaired. Poor service. Money waste I hate your company.

Too expensive. My mobile had battery problem. But they said whole panel will be replaced and will cost 7000 rupees.

I had waited about 30 minutes for my turn. The front desk person was talking on mobile with someone and was not paying attention to me. So, I had to repeat my problem almost 3 to 4 times and that make me feel that they do not care much about the after sale service.

The CSR’s are not fully equipped with information. Also, the rates are different at their franchises and the customer service centres. The normal handsfree is for 7-800 at their own centre while the franchise sold me for 1500.
