To be fair with the company I would have to list what went well and what did not.CONS: I randomly reached out to them as their google reviews appeared good. Gave a cal to Amir who gave me directions to his home based office where we met to make a reservation.A standard process was lacking. Some quick notes were made regarding my reservation on what appeared to be just a simple notepad. There were no letter heads or company logos on it. Surprising for me as absence of such standards just evoke customer anxiety.He asked me a random amount to make towards down payment. I offered half of it to which he agreed. Again no formal receipt or proof of payment was given. All good companies know that such tiny things e.g proof of payment, and proof of reservation just make the customer feel reassured. They should seriously look into it.What left me totally puzzled was a rather weird heads up given by Amir that he could be unreachable by phone during day time.I went ahead and made a reservation though his heads up was a total turn off. It implied that the person I plan to do business with may not be reachable. No where in the world do sound businesses practice this way.FINALLY, came the travel day. A Toyota Prado was guaranteed to arrive at my address at 900 AM. I was to coordinate with Abbas (ghostly figure I never got to see and just spoke with once) as Amir had suggested that he may not be reachable. I waited until 945 and called Abbas 5 times (his number is ******9790. A totally irresponsible person) but his phone was turned off. Here I was waiting for my Toyota Prado to arrive and 45 minutes past arrival time, there was no sign of any one coming to pick me for my ride to Islamabad. I felt certain that my down payment was lost and that the business was a scam. Until I finally called Amir. Here is where the story changes.PROS: Amir answered his phone which was a huge relief. He seemed clueless about the where abouts of Abbas. However he called me back a little later saying that he could not track down Abbas. That is when he offered me an alternative. I was travelling with my wife and 3 little children and had lots of bags. I needed a larger vehicle. Amir arranged a different driver and a Hiace van in the nick of time. Amir sounded apologetic and agreed to remain reachable by phone for the rest of the day. The driver who he sent (Shabeer) was nice and the vehicle was not bad either. After all it had the space I needed for tons of baggage and 5 passengers. I intermittently called Amir during the rest of the journey and he responded all my calls. He pleased me by giving me a huge break as I ended up paying less than 50% of advertised price. I departed from Lahore approximately 1.5 hours after schedule.These guys clearly have a huge room for improvement when it comes to operating their business. There are customers out there who are just not used to of such flimsy operations and hands off approach. A more responsible and customer centric competition will leave them in the dust.I hope this feed back is taken in a good spirit.

I ordered Hiace yesterday i.e 16th August 2019 and paid 10,000 as advance. Now this company is a fraud. It was committed that Hiace will come at 12am in our office at Al-Hafeez business centre but Hiace never came even Rs10,000 advance was paid. 14 people from our office were going to Sawat for four days as this was Office tour. Rashid and driver name Asif lied and lied to us that Hiace is coming but Hiace never came.These guys not only distroy our 4 days plan but also demotivated as 14 people keep waited for them till morning but no Hiace came, on top of it they never picked up our phone calls.This company and people are totally fraud, Miss commitments, lied and take Rs10,000 advance for nothing. Highly disappointed !! Not recommended !! Even reviews are fake ! They waisted our company tour. Not recommended !!
