The management is worst I ever meet. They are not trained to handle guests and solve business problems and not even trained to handle guest issues and accomodation and room reservation issues. The property is better but staff is absolutely not up to mark especially the front desk staff in the day shift.

Such a rude. When I went to let my guest stay with my family. I dont endorse this. Rooms are not that good and not up p to international standards. Wash rooms are not designed to accommodate kids, there should be arrangement for kids. Just to clean the room is not that good. Rooms are like we are sitting on road. Their logistics are not that good. Its good only for bachelors who come with no kids they just stay and go away. When you visit with family you must be very conscious, when they enter the room they just knock and come inside at least let the guest allow or not. May be ladies took kids in wash room and has no scarf. And they come inside. I do suggest families not to come in this hotel there are many other option. Their wash rooms are not spacious. And they are slippery. I have stayed in Avari not in Pakistan but abroad. Hilton Marry land Baltimore USA and many other hotels in USA, many three stars and Fours starts even but they offer bad quality soap, and they charge very high. this hotel management claims to serve the international caliber but its just a dialogue. I can not give it negative marks as there is no option given. As far as security is concerned , I bet you are not secure inside, as there are no hurdles to stop someone, and if there is someone from out of country and out of other city of Pakistan, I dont guarantee their life security as an old man is appointed there, he works 24 hours sometimes now you can imagine security, it had good approach from main canal of Lahore, but if someone on official visit with some secret official documents, he is not safe in this hotel. His car can be traced and trapped very easily. I suggest Nishat hotel in Emporium Mall. PC Hotel LAHORE. Hotel One of PC on mall road Lahore . Avari LAHORE. For all ppl form Airport and all from Buss Terminals must see Barriers and hurdles out of hotel, all of a sudden someone can jump in with car and can get you on gun point, where Dolphin Force has dacoits themselves its on record. Fours cops were arrested in the first week of September 2018 earlier this month. If Dolphin force of Shahbaz Shareef Former CM Punjab has many bad fish and dacoits and how you are saved in this non secure hotel. Ppl affordikg their charges come from very clean environment families. But they know they are safe when they sleep in night. But they dont know that they are not safe when sleep in Lotus One(1) . Dear visitors please inform your family beforw you stay here. You life is too precious. Looking all this I didnt prefer to check in and took my guests to Punjab university executive club that is totally safe. That is not for public but we have some relatives in university of the Punjab Lahore so we got the room booking for very nominal charges. Because the life of my guest was precious, so I saved them. As far as natural death is concerned that is inevitable. But uncertainy is worst, yes I must say worst..... Take care of yourselves and your guests.... Just CCTV cameras can not save you. We have seen many criminals not caught even if they are captured in CCTV camera. But lets suppose If the criminal is caught then still we wont be alive to see all that.... Life is very precious dear. Allah (God) save us Ameen...

The place was great..good food, well managed rooms and services.

Good and Cheap in cost

Checked-in for a night and went outside for food the same night when some thieves got after us. We ran away and returned the next morning to get our money back but he refused to cooperate.
