The pizza is very good but the service is amazing. Waiters dont only treat you well but guide you very well to you. They help us in our order n tell us about the latest deals that r going on and which will be most suitable for us.

Broadway is known for its taste and flavours everywhere. No doubt about that. Great taste. But their crusts can improve significantly. Toppings are great, a bit pricey but good nevertheless.This outlet is particularly slow in service. They probably forgot our order altogether. Had to wait for like 35 mins for just two person order and that too at night when there were only 6-7 customers in the whole place.They got no restroom to even wash hands. Had to go to the adjacent building’s first floor to find one. Pathetic.

Lovely and delicious taste of Pizza. Garlic breads are too much crispy and tasty. Brownie is also too tasty that enriched the taste. Lot of varieties of Pizza are available. Services are also good. They care their customers. Cool and calm place .

Horrible and the most pathetic service ever experienced at an eatery. The staff is ill-mannered and unconcerned. You get served food without plates or cutlery and the guys at the frontdesk are busy using their phones.It’s a shame how the Mall Road Broadway is an absolute let down compared to other Broadway branches.Broadway might have a good taste, but this branch absolutely ruined the experience for me.
