OK! Here it goes, the place is huge, and I mean huge when you see 4 massive dining halls you would gasp. The menu is carefully designed and the food quality is satisfactory for a chicken shop joint. There is pizza and salads too for expanding the range.Where it his the floor is the customer service, I mean right when you walk into the place, no security guard or attendant to greet you. Being able to place an order is an achievement in itself, no one will communicate the waiting time and neither will you see much cleaning. Manager walks past to see his staff struggling but cant do much. With the revenue that this place generates, they really need to do a better job at serving their customers well.

Services are good.but I missed BBQ sauce.It must be served with chicken pieces

I like the quality and taste of Fri Chicks but have only tasted their Zinger, Salad and Chicken Pieces. All items were fresh.

Best place for family and kids or with friends to eat. Staff is very trained and professional. Self service usually practices here but for family they serve you on the table too. Very neat and clean environment.

One of the nice placed for dating and for family fun.... especially their chicken fajita pizza the one and only superb... remaining menu is OK... 1.5 litter coke super chilled available with pizza... i think I couldnt find such chilled bottle anywhere... parking is always available as ìt located near moon Market parking plaza... sitting is spacious and widely available... kids play area is also located on third floor and is very neat and clean... the place is centrally air conditioned... wash rooms are also clean... variety of salad is available at reasonable price... ice cream is not that much delicious... a true place for family deserved to be visited with children... music is a little bit loud here...

Lahoris Favourite Fast Food place remains populated whole day its taste is better than many more.

I have been visiting this branch from past 15 years I guess since the opening time and since then I have been comparing them with KFC. To be very honest I always found them more tastier than KFC PAKISTAN.As I live in Dubai from past 10 years that’s why couldn’t visit them that often but in February 2020 when I went to pakistan I specially paid a visit just to check their taste and quality.Everything is still the same. As compare to other fast food restaurant they are still very clean. The only issue was their customer handling behavior which is worst than before. There is no lane and everyone is trying to push others aside to they could take their order and no one from their staff is stopping them as they are used to it.Well still they are quite cheaper than kfc pakistan and hope they will upgrade this customer handlinh situation very soon.See you guys again on my next visit

Very economical , good sitting area , Best pizza , Opens. At 11;30 good for students one should visit it , their 2 small pizza in 600 deal is good enough .

Used to be a very good place. The chicken pieces in the burgers were large, juicy and hot. But ever since increased taxation they have reduce their quality to keep the prices the same. The chicken pieces are now just thin pieces with too much batter. Dont recommend them any more.

Good place for fast food. It was perhaps the first branch of Fri Chiks. Probably thats why their quality control is good. I also think that some of the other branches may be just franchises and not under direct control of company. The food is economical. It has a good play-land for kids as well.

This is a nice place for family and children. U can buy all the fast food items specially the pizza from there. It have seprate family hall and kids play are. But the parking is not enogh and save. U have to park your car on the road.

I used to love Fri Chicks until I experienced their sitting areas very poor cleanliness. If they could not keep their customers satisfied even by cleaning the area which is apparent to customers then they could never have appreciatable cleanliness in their kitchen. So, please never compromise on the hygienic aspect of the restaurants and fast food corners because your health is much more precious than an unhygienic meal.

Horrible experience, food was unappetizing, salad inside burger was rotten. fries for 100 rupees were the smallest size Ive EVER seen....

Visited this place couple of weeks ago. It was not good at all, as cleanliness was poor, ambience was 2/5, taste of food was also not up to the mark, taste of Fajita Pizza was 3/5. Service quality was also very poor as order taker was not listening, nor did he gave the bill, which was demanded by me and then he handed over it to me.

Fri Chiks once was the ultimate place for people who were fed up of McDonalds and KFC and they did justice to it as well. However, with the passage of time and with more competition in the market, it seems like they have lost the interest in their business.This branch is still their biggest and main center of attraction due to being the first branch but one would see no change to their internal atmosphere since ages.

If you want to purchase 2 Large Fries .You must purchase 3 small fries. You will get more fries in less price..But even then quantity is very less.Large fries are approximately 150 grams only. (Rs. 170)And small fries approximately 115 grams only (Rs. 110).Better option is purchase fries from Savour or Lahore Barost
