Their pizza is just average now. It used to be really good but not now. There is alot of room for improvement.

Their pizza is always good.But currently they are not serving chilli garlic sauce due to import issues.Environment is good for friends and families.I dont pepsi pitcher and all pepsi products.Rest of all is good.

It had been 10 years since we last visited Pizza Hut. We were hungry, we found really good parking in front of Pizza Hut, so we decided to step in for dinner. The place looks and feels old school.We opted for the Bihari Pizza.. and I could not believe my taste buds !!!! It was fresh and amazing. Our waiter Dil Nawaz made the whole experience even better by his outstanding professional courtesy. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Im adding a pic of the pizza we had.

Pizza Hut at M.M. Alam road just shifted to a street opposing the original venue with a brand new design. They have given a fresh new ambiance which is both smooth and calming, and complements the environment of a high end pizza joint. As soon as you enter, you are greet with a friendly and hospitable staff which would guide you towards your table. There menu consists a list of the old time classics like the Super Supreme, Fajita, Margherita, Pepperoni pizzas, a small selection of pastas, a salad bar and desserts, and offer a variety of toppings which you can choose to have over your pizza. But it doesnt stop there. They take bold steps and introduce new items ocassionally, putting forward innovative pizzas and items which you wouldnt generally expect from a pizza joint. Like the one time they introduced rice and gravy. Unfortunately Pizza Hut doesnt have a very high of a repute in Pakistan, but I would personally say that they offer top quality pizza here (especially at this branch given the area standards). There pizzas are rich, fresh, cheesy and just plain satisfying. I would recommend anyone who would visit to try their Super Supreme Pizza with cheese filled crusts and chilled Coca Cola.However, this pizza joint is a expensive pizza joint as far as you ask me. Just today (i.e. 19-07-2018) I ordered two large pizzas, salad and a pitcher of chilled Coca Cola and that billed up to be Rs.4400 (~$45) and given the size of the pizza, I think it doesnt justify the cost. Pizza Hut does present different offers and deals in their menus with respect to the season and it wouldnt harm to consider them when considering reasonable cost.The staff here is friendly and keen on servicing you to provide the best experience. Dont hesitate to present any critique or complaint to them. They will listen and act accordingly.In short, I would say that I have fond memories of Pizza Hut and it is a good place to eat pizza. Good food, worth eating. Good people. Costly (too costly if you ask me).PEACE!P.S. Ive been to Pizza Hut hundreds of time and always same great taste.. MM Alam Branch has this amazing staff member Mr. Dilnawaz who greets you with all his heart and serves with a big smile. Love it always!!!

Right now in worst conditions, servers dont suggest deals, dont attend guest properly, cleanliness is in bad condition, sofas are damaged & full of oil & ketchup, managers do not attend any complaints, food is also not up-to the mark

In my opinion, this is one the branches of Pizza Hut that serve the same quality pizzas that Pizza Hut is known for. I ordered chicken supreme pizza and as expected, it was delicious. I am a big olive fan so this pizza was a treat to me. Seating capacity is quite spacious and staff was also very cooperative but the only problem that i faced was lead time i.e. they took some time to serve me but still im happy as taste was outclass.

Oh wow, this new branch next to Burger King is so mismanaged. To start with, no soap in washrooms, no ketchup or tissues available with pizza. Super late order. No garlic bread available, compensated with a few potato wedges. Incomplete items in salad, no salad dressings available. Wow!

Reviewing for recently upgraded branch at Ghalib Road, this is very close the old branch of M M Alam Road, Lahore.One of the worst Iftar experience during Ramadan 2018.I recently rated Pizza Hut good coz they had improved but this was an extreme disappointment.Visited with family consisting of 2 Adults, 2 children (9 & 7 years) and an infant. I was told that as per company policy, I will be charged 4500/- because children less than 5 are half price and rest are at full price of 1000/-. This was insane.Rest was ok but I was being charged 500/- for an infant.On my request, I was ‘allowed’ A La Carte by floor manager as there was Iftar buffet deal going on - obviously, they would have made less money from my family being eating A La Carte. Once sitting inside glass cabin which was cooler than outside, I called waiter (Hafiz Abid) for order, he refused to serve me and told that managers are managers, they can allow you but I can’t serve.I decided to leave but another waiter came, took order and dissolved the situation. Interestingly, while checking out, that waiter (Hafiz Abid) asked for tip giving reason that I got discount on deal. Whereas, I was having Union Pay card and discount was there by default.Regarding food, I had to eat whatever was being served for the Iftar buffet. Salad quality was also low. On being asked, they told that they’ve removed pineapple and chicken apple from salad bar during Ramadan.Regarding ambience and feel of place, it was literally difficult to breath obviously because of number of people. But, Pizza Hut can improve air conditioning to address this issue.Think twice before going to this particular branch.Overall experience 3/10.Hit like if this review helped you.

Pizza Huts first branch in Lahore and always excellent in maintaining the true taste. They never disappoint me for flavor and good quantity. Pizzas, Garlic Bread, Lasagne, Salad Bar and other variety has no match.I do not know why they hesitate to provide garlic powder at their own.Once their staff was very friendly and co operative but now slightly changed. You have to address them for your needs. Despite it, I can not reduce any star for rating.

Tried pizza hut after a long time in gulberg. I heard that they had improved a lot but Im shocked to say the least. Order was placed at 10:02pm and it arrived at 10:33pm. People who came after us were served before us. The staff here is unprofessional. We ordered drink at the time of order but he came two times in between to ask about the drink. When he finally brought the pizza, he did something terrible. He served the slices himself in such great hurry that he flipped one slice. Kept saying it has extra topping especially for us. Staff here needs training big time. Order taker kept insisting in an unprofessional way to go for Large pizza as if he has a target. I will never return to this outlet. There were mosquitoes in the outlet. The decor was not clean. Huge improvement needed.

Visited this branch after a long time and am extremely disappointed. The staff specifically the manager retreated when confronted with the fact that the food prepared was akin to a cesspool. Attempts to patiently wait for him went in vain resulting in me having to talk to a waiter who cackled at the notion of the food tasting absurd. In fact he even implied that the complain was an attempt to get free pizza. To make matters worse drinks were offered in pitchers an abrasive attempt to stiff customers. The deal ordered was a buy 1 get two free one I was considering to order twice, congratulations for having me waste half of my order and giving business to McDonalds!! Pizza hut get your franchises in order while the rest of you are advised to stay away until this branch completes some much awaited soul searching.

Pizza Hut one of the famous food chain all over the world also in Pakistan. Specially MM Alam road branch. Taste is very good as well as services. Specially their celebration of birthday anniversaries and other occasions.

The best pizza branch in town that has fresh ingredients and quality of service is really good. The pizzas here are better than other branches but other competitors are catching quickly in taste and variety. You will almost never see the same amount of meat on the pizza as advertised on billboards or TVCs.

Pizza of this branch is seriously remarkable. The taste of this branch is fabulous than other branches of pizza hut like defence branch or allama Iqbal town branch. Workers are very cooperative and guide the customers very well. I wanted to give 5stars to this place but because the managers are not polite at all that is why I have given 4stars.

As of now, their pizza taste:great, hygiene:poor, service:the worst. This used to be the best pizza hut branch in Lahore. But now only thing good about it is their pizzas still have that good old taste. Service is slow and sometimes downright pathetic. If you are alone or 2-3 persons only, servers dont even bother listening to you. I had to move my dirty table myself and replace it with a clean one as no one came to clean it even after 3 complaints. I had to fetch our drinks myself as i noticed them sitting on counter since few minutes while no one bothered serving them. If you complain, they mostly dont do anything or even laugh in your face (no kidding). So my advice, go there only if you have enough time and you are with a large group of friends or if you can tolerate such behaviour.
