Ramgarh Bazar is a crowded place, where one can find average kind of things from almost all kinds in a very reasonable price. People live in its surroundings mostly prefer to shop from here and they mostly good goods available here easily. In short, from grossory to meat and daily eatable and usable things can be bought from here.

Heavy traffic jam, lot of noise, avoid going to this place at evening from 5pm to 8pm
