A very nice place. Located at junction of DHA, CANTT, R A Bazar and East city. Many brands are already there and many are coming to the Mall. Grocery can also be done over there. Parking is also available.

Visited there to attend the bike show.. nice looking building but still most of the shops are empty.

Dear Carrefour.I want to bring the gross misconduct of one of your store managers (I think the name is Safdar) at Carrefour at Mall of Defence. The manager refused to fulfill the 20X Claim. He not only wasted my time by trying to avoid the issue for over an hour, he also brought a bad reputation to the Carrefour.I visited the branch at 14:40 on September 12, 2020. I did some shopping there. Later that day I visited Imtiaz Store and found out they were selling the items at a lesser price. I started shopping at Carrefour ever since the inauguration of the store.The manager started to quote fictitious policies to avoid the 20x claim. Here is the list of those fictitious policiesImtiaz store doesnt pay tax hence their price is lowerImtiaz store doesnt have an NTNI should have made the purchase at the Imtiaz store prior to making a purchase at Carrefour. (To verify this I did make a purchase at Carrefour then and there. My second purchase was also not entertained)Carrefour only entertains the claim if the purchase is made at Metro or AlfatehCarrefour manager has the authority to refuse the claimCustomer should have purchase history on the mobile app, My claim is invalid as I am not a mobile app user.He was unable to reproduce, despite my persistent request, the written document to support these policies.I tried to launch a complaint at the helpline but there was no response. I also launched the complaint on the website, but have not heard anything back.Disappointed by the low level of customer care shown by the staff I decided to reach the upper management. I hope this email will help you improve your training process.

Good place for shopping, but approach from airport road is somehow not up to mark.

Not too much improvement since its launch as mostly items are unavailable so please dont waste your precious time, honestly not recommend for your monthly grocery shopping.

Its a wonderfull and beautiful mall . A well known brands and companies outlets are located here.

I am not fully satisfied with services provided.Vegetables and fruits at times are rotton.Lentils gets fungus within a week specially Mash.

Nice small store overall experience is positive but they have poorly trained employees, they dont know anything about customer service. Besides this their fresh produce section is in bad shape.

THIS MALL IS RECENTLY OPENED AND IS UNDER GROWTH IT ENTRANCE IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE PARKING IS FREE AND MANY POPULAR BRANDS HAVE THEIR OUTLETS HERE INCLUDING UNZE LONDON J. ETC
