Al-Fatah is great as always.It was my first time to this branch, but it was great experience because they had name the shelves as by their products categories.More plus point is that now they have a separate whole floor for ladies products.But usual females products are on every floor.Amazing that they had the sight regarding to females.

Al Fateh Shopping Mall at Shahrah e Nazria Pakistan (road going from canal to expo center Lahore) is a newly inaugurated shopping mall chain of Al Fateh group. Known for their better pricing & fresh products, Al Fateh has established its position against giant names like Metro & Carre Four.This newly inaugurated branch is most beautiful, lively & currently most economical branch. They have ample parking space & standard of cleanliness is much better than others.Until now customers service standards are also higher than others. Wish that they wont let these standards fall down in the future also.

Good place to shop for groceries. They dont let you use their customer toilet.

They are selling UK imported things (smuggled 100%, the packing tells you all) in double prices. Aptamil milk is sold for £10 in uk and they have the audicity to sell it for rs 4000 per box. I want their management to break down their pricing strategy for Pakistanis and explain how come £10=rs 2200 box is sold for rs 4000 what shipping facilities are they using? They can post their f&d custom receipts here. I wish we had consumerism rights in this country places like these would be heavily fined. I have promised to never visit this place again not that I cant afford it but principally this is WRONG because by shopping here we are promoting businesses which thrive on selling imported goods at highly inflated prices.

Alfateh one of the best shopping mall chain in Pakistan covering all major cities of Pakistan.Well stocked, good range of goods across the board. Live produce can sometimes be touch and go but generally good. A good place to call a one stop shop. Beware of limited parking at certain times of the day

They have good variety of chocolates. I usually bought stevia in a lesser price from them comparatively

For grabbing up all what you need under the same roof and whats even great about it is the fact that there are no discrepancies in the originality of the products, though a little congested in space.

All the SOPs are being followed. Good and helpful staff. 4 checkout stations so you dont get stuck in line. Majorly everything is available and that too in good quality. They dont have a lot of parking at the front but there is parking available around the area.

Usually when you shop and finally you go to payment counter, 1 or more than 1 item you find rate difference as written on shelf and what they charge at counter. When you tell them the simple answer is its a mistake but they dont realize the time customer spent for choosing the right product at right price.

Overall an amazing place for shopping. The products are fresh especially their bakery products. They’re amazing!!!However, more space should have been allotted for parking. Also, they need to add more variety to the product range to match the standards of their other outlets.

Nice place to shop but a bit conjested. Was glad that finally Alfatah came near home, provided a lot of convenience but if it would be a bit more spacious, customers would definitely love shopping.

Grocery shopping from Al fatah is always a wonderful experience... model town branch is fine..recently opened...But the space between between two racks is a little less..you have to be very careful with your trolley...

All good so far, sometimes breads get short and you have to revisit for bakery products

False pricing on racked products. Fan heater was priced below 6k and when I took it on counter price was shown over 8k. Extremly bad support level with zero customer benefits

Good place to shop for imported items including home decor, men and women accessories, technology and home appliances.

This is shopping mall where quality products are sold.There are many branches of this mall over the city but this one is a smaller one located here in model town.Fresh fruits and vegetables are available.The parking is only in front and one side.On any event, this parking is very low and it can jam traffic as it is located an a corner.The mall is very beautiful.

The quality of products they sell is excellent like their other stores, however it seems like they havnt did their homework before opening model town branch. There is no proper parking space and the space inside the mall is so congested that it makes you almost claustrophobic
