I know Alfatah since childhood and Im older than half a century. Their old attendants are its treasure indeed like Rauf, Abid, late Fareed Sahebs young boys.... May Allah bless them all. I try to go very early on in the day to avoid crowd inside. I have been there thrice since their opening in the Gold Crest, in winters, and I tell you it is an ordeal to shop there in the hot hall with a mask on your face to make things more terrible. The air handling leaves a lot to be desired for. The in-house music choice is in good taste and played at a decent volume.The newer generation staff is quite helpful though in need of a lot of training. I have asked many youngsters to not to drag and slide their feet on the floor but to lift up their feet while walking. Anyway dragging the feet on the floor seems to be a national character. Also, many times Ive found the young aisle attendants talking about their own private and personal issues, which looks rather unprofessional.The prices are sky rocketing and Alfatah is no exception either. Many items that we were used to buying are no longer available there especially imported bake ware and baking ingredients.Their new store is impressive looking, with wider aisles and great lightning. I wish the Alfatah management and all its staff best of the new year.

Alfatah Gold Crest mall is a very good shopping mall. All the things under one roof. Also got meat and grocery which we need at normal prices. Variety of items are available at Alfatah Gold Crest mall.

Its was very accessible. I found what I needed. Which was Korean noodles

Alfatah has always been one of the top brands of Pakistan to shop in. This branch is one of the best and biggest to visit. Imported and local items available.. but for sometime now import of items from abroad has been put on a hold bcoz of covid.

Soon the old Y block Alfatah will be closed down. Much bigger and much better. Still only one week old so alot of things were missing. But great and already a hit.

Huge space so properly organized inventory unlike other Alfatah chains which are neck to neck filled with stuff and difficult to move around.I prefer doing here for ease of shopping.courteous staff

I great shopping place in Lahore, can get almost everything under one roof. Prices are also reasonable. It is only store open in the plaza, will be more attractive when the rest of shops will also open.

New location better than previous one in Y block but too much staff for help. It feels overcrowded and difficult to shop with piece of mind

They have really good quality meat & fish. Their butchers are ready to prepare meat as per requirement. Also tje sea food especially salmon is fresh & at good price.

Very good to visit for anything you want to purchase its there.Very clean & splendour ambience besides on each occasions you go you find some good friends or kins etc.

Place gets a bit crowded during weekends and the aisles need to be a bit wider otherwise well stocked and the staff is polite and helpful.

Well not the best branch of Alfatah but good and easily accessible for DHA residents....however there is no food outlet in this building ... They should open a small food court in the mall

Ive been shopping at Alfateh since I was five years old. I love that I can find everything under one roof. They always smile and facilitate no matter what. The service is impeccable and the variety of things is amazing. Highly recommended. Some local products are a little more in price than places like hyperstar but in the big picture I dont mind paying a little extra if it means good variety and services

Ample and digital parking available. Many cash counters and you find good selection of grocery merchandise available. Credit card is accepted. The meat section prices are high from the market. Imported cereals are available.

Massive, confusing for 1st time buyer. But everything under 1 roof. Stupid vallet put my car in 4 wheel drive and I did not know how to reverse it. But good experience over all.

3rd class. Cheap service. I feel like a thief when i went. Im never going again.Every aisle has 2 person to keep an eye on u. They make sure u dont steal. Wat the hell.I asked them to smell test a perfume. They refused. They said buy first.Wat the hell is wrong with u people. Who buys perfumes without smelling them.Rude staff.Pls close down ur store. Dont fake ur consumer spirit.U actually dont know how to run a departmental store. Sell groceries only.Shame on u al fatah group.

I think prices are okay some are reasonable but imtiaz store is more recommend as it has reasonable prices and trustworthy

Beef was good and hygiene but its takeToo much time to cook..

Good products..costs not too high for beauty products as expected. He decor expensive. Toilets need to be marked for gents and ladies separately.

Today I Went there First Time. Found it Nice and Much Better then DHA Y Block outlet. Good work. Keep it up

Been there for the first time today since it opened last year November. Its a wonderful place for grocery specially. Very specious unlike other Al Fatah stores. Items very well arranged and as always no store can ever match variety of products the way alfatah does.. They are quite expensive if we shop other then grocery items specially crockery & other household items. Aroma bakery is very good addition specially their bread is just too good. Do try Gold Crest Al Fatah you will really love the place. Ample parking & they have hired Windsor valet parking so thats a good step. Looking forward to visit Gold Crest branch for monthly Groceries.

Not very often but once in a while the mince I got had a smell as it was not washed properly and not fresh, twice has this happened in recent months. Not going to buy from the goldcrest one

Gold Crest Mall very premium location. But the problem is that Fruit and Vegetable Staff is not professional. They dont have knowledge if you ask them regarding any fruit or vegetable. Anyways display is nice but staff is not professional.

Probably the best laid out Alfateh superstore in Lahore. Spacious, well stocked and many departments on the same floor. Easy access to the parking. The only downside is the small tills that require staff to get your stuff through the cashier.

A huge new Al Fatah flagship store that recently opened up. Its scale is impressive. No less than the big boys like Carrefour or Metro, this place had not only local products but a huge range of imported products. Expect dramatic escalations in cost of everything just because its Al Fatah. Anyway, the space also has things like Cakeology, Laals Chocolate and a cigar shop. Crowd, staff, the spread of the place - all exceptional.

All in one place, bit expensive but very well manged place specially for grocery.
