Approachable by multiple highways. Raiwind road, Ring Road, Alternate Raiwind road. Parks in every block. Plays grounds. Shopping Mall. Huge and spacious Masjids. Cleanliness at its best. Trees and plants everywhere. Spacious and wide roads and streets. Fool.proof Security. No load shedding. Street lights. Golf and country club.ConsThere is no affordable community club.Public transport avaialabjility s almost 15 minutes walk.There is no library.There is no hospital. Nearest hospital is Sharif medical city which is 10 km away.No ambulance and fire brigade.

The office designs is good but when you look it in details you would know that they didnt maintain the office very well. And for a housing society office point of view its a bit rough. And when you talk about their procedures and systems they are also not as good as DHA or Bahria town. Because these two housing societies have raised a bar way higher and you have to achieve that standard by all means. So thats y I give them 3 rating
